Went for a nice date with my mom! We both took the classic tea experience, tea with small bites (salt & sweet). The decoration is really unique & makes you truly immerse in the experience. The service is also amazing & everyone is very joyful & friendly. I also appreciated how you can ask for more hot water for the tea, it allows for a longer tasting. Hopefully will go back again soon! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I gave 3 stars only because of the service from our waitress ruined the experience. The food was delicious & the vibe was pleasant & the prices are good for high tea & the amount they give you, but our waitress was pretty condescending. The rest of the staff seemed kind but our waitress -not so much. We went on Mother's Day & are familiar with high tea. She explained to us how the menu works & when my mother asked questions about the tea she would rudely tell her she was wrong. At first we thought it may just be our perception but after at least 5 or 6 interactions with her & talking with the table beside us with the same experience we thought maybe she was having a bad day. We tried to be nice back to lighten up the mood but that seemed to make it worst. We still made the best of it because it was Mother's Day, but it was unpleasant enough that we won't go back. Ps: I'm an influencer with a couple of million. I'm not the type to put down any place on my pages but I know influencers who would so it's important to consider that, you never know who can walk in no matter what they look like. So I'm writing this for the owners to maybe have a talk with their staff. We were kind back even when she said to my mom rudely "Ben non madam arrête" & laughed at her when she pored her tea early because she likes it light... Or when she told me to hurry up to pay even if we had 30 min left to our reservation. I've often been to the ritz & the food isn't as good but because the staff is so overly nice it's makes it much more pleasant. The experience of high tea can definitely be ruined when treated like that.
Newly opened high tea place (affiliated with café régine & café Janine) great high tea experience with delicious food. Just beware that parking is hard to find... Or very expensive in the old port.
Lovely experience from beginning to end! We loved the high quality of the food & teas, fun ambiance & friendly service, particularly Keven! This is a great addition to the food scene in Montreal.
I enjoyed the high tea service on Saturday afternoon. We were a group of 4 with reservations. It was very busy so reservations are a must. The food was delicious & presented beautifully. The tea selection is very nice & the pear mimosas were delicious. The service was very good especially for how busy it was. It was the perfect way to celebrate my birthday with some great friends!
Excellent experience. Beautiful, delicious, fresh food(High Tea), attentive, fun staff, stunning decor in historic building in Old Montreal. Let's face it - Old Montreal rocks, & this is a superb addition for tourists & locals alike. Top notch.

What a pleasure to have visited this wonderful new high tea venue in town from the same owners of well-loved Régine & Janine brunch spots. Although it's new, all the staffs were very welcoming, attentive & provided a near perfect service. Beautiful interior decor. & the food. Every single item on the platter was well executed. I would definitely come back with my other girl friends.

A very beautiful & tasty experience. Everything was top notch. We were 3 couples who made reservations for 2pm on the first Sunday after their opening. We were seated in a beautiful living-room-like seating arrangement of couches & armchairs. The menu is set at $50 including teas with a choice between vegetarian & classical for the food bite trays. One can order are extra drinks or special food bites-of-the-day for an additional cost. Each person received a 3-tiered food tray with mouth-watering goodies. 4 savory options are at the bottom tray, followed by tea biscuits with jam & cream on the second, & yummy desserts bites at the top. Every bite we had was incredibly crafted & tasted so good. The service was impeccable, the decor & ambiance are rich while remaining friendly & welcoming. A classy way to pamper someone special.

Overall, I enjoyed my high tea experience at Paparmane. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the tea (I chose the oolong & it lacked depth & flavour); my favourite part of the food tower were the scones, the rest was okay. The decor was fun, quirky Marie-Antoinette style over the top. The servers were incredibly nice & flexible with allergies. & the bathroom hand soap was divine. It won't replace my favourite Montréal high tea experiences, but it's a fun place to try out.
Such a wonderful experience! There is such a great atmosphere here. It is a beautifully designed & truly charming Tea House. The food is delicious & & beautifully presented. The level of service, impeccable. Every detail has been thought of. Management & staff are very friendly & attentive. Thank you Paparmane!
