I had high hopes when going to Panino Pazzo. The reviews online looked promising as well as the photos, but the only thing I truly enjoyed was the bread. The chicken cutlets appeared to be dark meat & the'arugula' was romaine with salad dressing. The owner also appeared annoyed when I wanted to change out something in the pre-determined sandwich. You can't really build your own without it being a whole to-do. I didn't feel very welcome there.
If you're from the New York area, I would skip this.

Very friendly & quick service! I unknowingly came in right as they were closing but they were still very kind & accommodating. I got the pappagallo sandwich & it was excellent, I would definitely go back!

The sandwiches from this place is top tier!! I ordered the sandwich super mario & my boyfriend ordered the Sandwich Sienna. The bread is crunchy, if you like salty things, highly recommend the Sienna. If not then the Super Mario is just right, a lot of lettuce & steaks
Les meilleurs sandwish que j'ai mangé de ma vie. La fraicheur du pain (frais faite dès que l'on commande), les multiples choix, la qualité des produits, la grosseur des portions ainsi que sans oublié un propriétaire très sympathique & qui traite ses clients aux petits oignons.
Nous avons fait un détour pour venir essayer ce restaurant & nous allons définitivement refaire des détours pour y revenir. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable en plus d'être délicieux.
Toujours un plaisir de manger les paninis de Mario : très bonne qualité des aliments, portions généreuses & personnel toujours très agréable. On ne s'en lasse pas !

Lovely spot, amazing sandwiches & the staff is very friendly. In a very authentic Italian way. Always go for the salad with the sandwich & don't miss on their cookies. Especially pistachio.
