I often get it to-go after work, but it tastes best when eaten fresh at the shop. It's truly amazing: crispy exterior, tender interior, & very flavorful. The owners are lovely & very welcoming! Recommended!
I love the Guilin rice noodles at this place the most. The crispy pork, pork intestine, & beef are all delicious! I've eaten here countless times. As someone from Guilin, it feels amazing to taste the flavors of home!
Excellentes nouilles, dans le top de ce qui se fait à Montréal. J'ai pris les nouilles maison épicées au porc: un délice
Does not get any more authentic !! Plus the staff is so friendly !!
Delicious noodle meal & happy, friendly hostess. We had a great meal!
Very nice place. The rice noodles & sausage is absolutely delicious. Don't understand why not many people during Friday night. Maybe it is because it's authentic ethnic food.
I love PangJi noodles so much. This place is a hidden gem in downtown Montreal & I think everyone should try it. Their handmade noodles are hands down the best noodles I've eaten in my life. Their broths are also out of this world! Their restaurant is super aesthetic & clean & last but not the least we always have amazing & friendly service from the lady that works there. 5/5
Small family restaurant. Ate luo si fen ?snail noodles? really good :D
Tried Pangji Guilin Nouilles for a weekday lunch. They specialize in Guangxi food. The waitress was sweet & friendly. Make sure to try their hot sauce concoction. They ask for spice level; went with medium (which was closer to mild).
- River snails homemade noodle ($17.99) - plenty of bean curd. Homemade wavy noodles were plain but decent bite. Broth was homey
- Guilin rice noodle - beef ($15.99) - comes with the usual side soup. Beef slices were good but incredibly thin
Wonderful find! Greats soups with handmade noodles. Check it out *before* it goes viral.
Come here for the delicious Laoyo noodles (which are very unknown in the western world, I think) & the great service. You'll come back after two days, because the noodles are addiicting!
Expérience mémorable, jai hâte de faire goûter à tous mes proches ☀?thank you
As a first time visitor to Montreal, I went to this restaurant in the neighborhood where I'm staying & was so pleasantly surprised. I had the mango salad to start & then spicy beef noodles. It was delicious. The mango salad was super fresh & the noodles were so good & I am spoiled by the Asian food in Vancouver as comparison. What stood out equally was the customer care I received. Cindy, the server, had such a pleasant, open way of being & went out of her way to make sure I was looked after. A rare form of service.
The prices seemed reasonable. Near the Guy-Concordia Metro station, a block or so away.
They have laoyou noodles, a classic from Nanning, capital of the Guangxi region. Their food is different & tasty. Mango salad was sweet & tangy... The lady waitress is really friendly, as is the cook. Try it ;)
Really great restaurant! Staff was friendly & helped me figure out what I wanted to eat haha. I had the pork & noodles & it was delicious! Just spicy enough & super flavourful. A lot of food for a great price.
The food was very good, we both enjoyed our dishes & the handmade noodles had great texture.
My only critiques would be, they could be a little more generous with the proteins/meats & to maybe clean to table soya bottles & hot sauces.
The hostess/waitress was funny & charming.
