Le service client est impeccable. La nourriture, impeccable aussi. On mange très bien & à sa faim, les portions étant bien fournies. De plus, le temps d'attente est presqu'inexistant, ce qui rend le service à la clientèle encore mieux. Ils ont la meilleure poutine à Montréal (de loin) & le trajet en vaut 100% la peine.

Super bonne place, la nourriture est incroyable! & le service c'est vraiment un 10/10. On est arriver tard & il avais déjà fait leur cleanup mais le gentil monsieur nous a quand même laisser manger à l'intérieur. A1!!!
Je fréquente Paname depuis quelques années, tellement dommage de voir le potentiel qu'il a & de constater son état lamentable ces dernières années. La pire était ma visite du 07 Mars 2023 :
- L'heure d'ouverture indiquée à 17h mais la porte s'ouvre à 17h10. Le personnel m'a vu attendre devant la porte, il a ouvert la porte & me tourne le dos, même pas un minimum de courtoisie ( j ai du ouvrir la porte & demander ils sont ouverts ou pas encore).
- Une fois à l'intérieur, on dirait un petit coin abandonné : toile d'araignée sur le plafond, grands seaux de Yogo empilé & abandonné, parlant pas de la propreté & le service à la clientèle qui ont sont des notions étranges pour ce coin.
- CERISE SUR LE GÂTEAU : je commande ma poutine préférée El-Paso , en la mangeant , je constate un petit fil métallique dans mon plat !!!!! Conséquence logique d'une gestion plus que catastrophique. Malheureusement, je ne reviendrai plus jamais à ce coin, que quelques années en arrière était un très beau coin pour manger des petits délices.
Sérieux, vraiment écoeurant comme expérience ! J'ai pris une poutine el paso pis j'ai commandé genre 10 minutes avant la fermeture je sais c'est quoi une commande de dernière minute surtout quand le monde est déjà en train de laver pis de fermer la place.Ben non le staff était full fin, souriant, zéro malaise ils m'ont servi de bon coeur, sans chialer, comme si j'étais arrivé en plein rush sinon la poutine était on point pis le service A1. Gros respect pour l'équipe, je recommande à 100 %.

Woooowww did it hit the spot! The steak poutine was fantastic with the algerienne sauce, & the paname sandwich was delicious as well, the sandwich's filling was tasty & the bread was soft but crunchy on outside. Also the staff was so friendly, definitely going back soon!
