Amazing Place & Crew .... The food is amazing ... only if the last service did not come cold to the table I would have put 5 stars. The atmosphere is amazing but the wooden chairs are uncomfortable & lack a lot of cushioning... for someone with a back pain it can be very critical, I had to fold my blazer underneath me to get some support. Otherwise 5 stars as well for the Atmosphere
Food & ambiance were great but the fact that the waitress added her own tip at 22%..? I just didn't appreciate that especially after I poured the wine for my friends & I almost the whole evening, but oh well what's done is done.

The only good thing about our experience was our waiter. To start, we found it quite unwelcoming that you are required to pay to use the vestiaire for your coats. Since it's mandatory & customers are not allowed to enter the restaurant with their winter coats, wouldn't it make sense for this service to be complimentary? It felt like a strange & off-putting way to greet guests. Second, as a group dining together, some of us ordered the 3-course menu. What shocked us was that after the first course, in a restaurant that markets itself as upscale, the staff placed our used forks-still covered in sauce from the fish dish-directly on the table, prongs facing up. There was no offer of fresh utensils for cutting filet mignon. Is it really too much to expect clean cutlery between courses? As for the food, I'm not sure where the reviewers leaving glowing comments usually eat, but if you know how fresh, high-quality sushi is supposed to taste, you'll likely be disappointed. & yes, as many others have pointed out, the restroom is ridiculously small.
Decent service with mediocre hospitality. They conveniently don't have the "cheapest"bottle of white wine. They confiscate any alcohol brought in as gifts & make you wait 15 minutes upon departure because they can't find it. Food is good but nowhere near as good as you would think it is for it's selling price. Bathroom capacity inadequate for seatings, be prepared to wait.
Review for Palma, Montreal Palma is, hands down, one of the best dining spots in Montreal. From the moment you step inside, you're embraced by an incredible vibe that's both chic & welcoming, making it an ideal spot for anything from a date night to a celebratory dinner with friends. The service at Palma is exceptional. The team goes above & beyond, but a special shoutout has to go to Annick at the bar, who is an absolute gem! The dishes are also absolutely amazing & sooo tasty!!! Palma isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience, & one you'll want to repeat. If you're looking for great food, fantastic service, & an unforgettable vibe, this is the place to be. Bravo to the whole team! 5/5 stars.

Excellent service & attention to detail regarding an special request for my Director General. Big thanks to Raffi for going above & beyond, the space is wonderful (walking distance from our office), & food was consistently delicious. Will be back soon for Sunday brunch event!
J'y étais un samedi pour un anniversaire. l'esthétique est bien mais la nourriture n'était pas fameuse & le service à la clientele était MÉDIOCRE. Notre serveuse était mauvaise aucune classe & pas très présente/attentive. Très déçu mes ami(e)s & moi avions de hautes attentes.
The food was forgettable, but the service & ambience are really the reason to come here. Our servers were so attentive & fun. We came for our friends birthday & it's a great place to celebrate! It can get pretty loud once 11pm comes & the crowd is more a club vibe. The servers gave us complimentary shots which was very sweet. This is a typically hype restaurant/bar to celebrate & drink if you are looking for a more club-like ambience. Enjoy 😉
Overall we had a great experience. The waitress gave us some good recommendations. My only disappointment was the margarita, it was too sour. The waitress told us they were training someone at the bar. We ordered another one & she shared our feedback. The second one was much better.
Food is amazing !Rock-nRoll just perfect! Service shoùld be better,waiters forgot what you ordered. At 2 am lights on & closed bathroom for cleaning, is that really made for customers?

Service pathétique alors que nous sommes venues pour l'anniversaire d'une amie (7+ personnes le tips est directement appliqué à la facture) donc je penses que la serveuse ne s'est pas cassé la tête, lente, pas un sourire & super aigrie. Les sushis étaient correct, les sashimi fades, mais tant mieux que le saumon & les frites parmesan & truffes ont sauvé la mise. On ne reviendra certainement pas en groupe!
