Decoration 10/10 it's very nice decorated with class furniture, good space. The bar is nicely done.
Ambiance 6/10 so I went on a wednesday at 8h00pm & there was not a lot of people. I thought it would have been more busy. I guess later on the week it gets more crowded. It's good for dates, & birthday party so is business meeting. However, it seems a bit cold I would say.
Service 1/10 I'm sorry but the service was awful 😖. I went the 30 of July with two friends of mine it cost me 2740$ way over price for seafood tower. But the thing the most unprofessional was the waitress who tried to hustle me. She was suggest tequila shoot for my friend birthday (that was ok) but she started to ask for her also to take tequila shoot & double even triple & we are taking Azule tequila high end. The first one ok, but the second one & the third one NO she was our waitress & was already almost drunk forgot my mucktails, service was lacking we had 1850$ just of alcohol?? That was completely unnecessary. Just because I have money doesn't mean you need to make me a big bill. I gave her 3300$ cash & she was still arguing for more tip?? I guess 500$ wasn't enough for her 🤷?♂?. After that she wanted to follow us just to take advantage of the situation. If I was the manager I would fired her. If I go back I'm not asking for her.
Food 8/10 the food was good not a lot of option but still very good had the seafood tower. Take the bottle water not the tap one it taste like chlorine.
Cleanest 8/10 the place was clean but bathrooms needs to be more cleaner. We had two glass that were dirty & since our waitress was drunk she didn't change then so we left then aside.
I would need to try again this place with better service. It's not because you are pretty that make you good waitress. It's how you do your service.
We recently hosted my wife's 40th birthday at Palma & the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
From the planning stage to the execution on the night of the event, the team was incredibly professional, responsive & accommodating. There were a few adjustments along the way, & every time the staff handled them quickly & seamlessly to make sure everything came together perfectly.
The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, & the service was exceptional throughout the evening. Our guests had an amazing time & many commented on how great the experience was.
Most importantly, my wife had the time of her life, which made all the planning worth it.
A special thank you to Kelly & Thomas, & the entire Palma team for helping make such an important milestone truly memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate.

I dined at your restaurant on with two other guests for a birthday dinner.
When we were seated, the server placed plates for the other two guests together at the table, but placed my plate separately & far from where I was sitting. When I asked why my plate wasn't set in the same way as the other two, the server didn't respond.
It made the meal awkward since we were there as a group. I'm bringing this up because seating & basic communication are part of standard service.
I would recommend any person of colour other than white shouldn't go to this club . The staff is very racist . I went there with my friends for birthday ordered bottles , enjoyed the atmosphere end experience racist comments from security. Anyone who believe in diversity should not give them a chance anymore
Went with a group to celebrate a friend's birthday. We had a reservation so we were seated right away. I strongly recommend you have a reservation. The service was great 👍 our server was helpful & gave us good suggestions. Pomegranate Martini & Passion fruit Martini were amazing. The food was delicious 😋 the whole table shared starters that were all very good. I especially loved the rock shrimp & the sliders. My husband had the salmon & said it was the best he'd had in a restaurant. I had the lamb, 4 pieces, & it was perfectly cooked & delicious as well. A DJ was spinning great Music all night. There was a club vibe but the music was fun & brought a good vibe, not too loud that we could not talk, just right. I would recommend Palma & we will certainly be going back.

I've been to Palma before for drinks & music, & the vibe is always great. Unfortunately, our birthday dinner experience was extremely disappointing.
We (group of 3) had an 8:30 p.m. reservation & arrived on time, but our main course didn't arrive until 10:30 p.m. a full two-hour wait. We received one appetizer early on, but the delay was so long that we had to order another just to get through the wait. By the time our tomahawk platter arrived, I had lost my appetite entirely. Eating a full meal that late wasn't enjoyable & completely took away from what should have been a special evening. What should have been a joyful celebration turned into an exercise in patience, trying to stay in good spirits while waiting endlessly.
Our waitress was apologetic & explained that the system had overbooked tables, yet there were empty tables throughout the night, which made the explanation hard to believe. The food itself was okay but underwhelming for the price entrées were better than the mains.
The bill came to $800+, & we still left with half the food packed to go. As compensation, the only thing offered was removing a $15 cake-cutting fee, which felt almost insulting given the circumstances. For a restaurant at this price point, waiting two hours for food is unacceptable. Great vibe for drinks but book dinner at your own risk. Go drink & dance, for food eat somewhere else.
This restaurant provided the worst service I've ever experienced. It's essentially a club with a restaurant attached. I went there for a friend's birthday & arrived at 9:30 p.m. Our food didn't arrive until 11:30 p.m., which was incredibly disappointing. To top it off, they add a 20% tip to your bill after that terrible service.
Best restaurant I went to until now. Absolutely stunning interior, great ambiance music, really nice staff & very good food & drinks. I came here to celebrate my birthday & it was the best decision ever. I would definitely come here again !! thank you PALMA for this amazing experience 🤍🩵
The restaurant is beautiful & food was delicious but we waited too long to be served & the waiter doesn't come check on us unless we call! It was my birthday & my wife wanted them to cut a cake for us that we brought & they wanted to charge us 5$ a slice & we were 12 that didn't make any sense!
