Nous sommes allés à ce pacini la semaine apres l'ouverture & avions été agréablement surpris . Ce soir déception... après 1 heure nous n'avions pas reçu nos entrées .. je ne sais pas si c'est du au manque de personnel mais pour un mercredi .. resto casi vide ... ca n'a pas sa raison d'être... souper moyen sans plus .. service lent & on a du répéter quelques fois que nous attendions toujours . Bref, nous ne sommes pas prêts d'y retourner . Surtout pour une facture de presque $400 ...

Nous avons récemment dîné dans ce restaurant avec un groupe de 30 personnes, & l'expérience a été décevante en raison du service que nous avons reçu. La serveuse semblait stressée & peu accommodante, & elle a même exprimé son désaccord à nous servir, bien que le propriétaire ait insisté pour qu'elle le fasse. Plus préoccupant encore, lorsqu'il était temps de régler l'addition, elle l'a remise aux enfants plutôt qu'aux parents, & a insisté sur le fait qu'ils devaient laisser un pourboire, ce qui était inapproprié & incompréhensible pour eux. Son attitude était non seulement impolie, mais aussi peu professionnelle, ce qui a considérablement affecté notre expérience globale.
