Nous sommes allé en famille après notre journée au zoo. Nous étions 5. Le restaurant était quand même plein. Le service était très long. 45 min pour l'entrée, très long avant d'avoir le repas. Une des assiettes est retourné en cuisine car c'était rendu froid. Notre repas a pris 2h30... interminable

C'est trop cher pour rien, & c'est même pas si bon que ça. Des pâtes ben normales faites à la maison c'est meilleur. Pis le bar à pain sérieux? au prix qu'on paient je m'attendais à des baguettes ou autres pains meilleurs que du simple pain en tranche. Je ne recommande pas. À part le service, rien n'était bon.

J'ai commandé les pennes au canard confit & j'ai été déçu
Pour un plat de pâte à 30$ le canard était très rare 2 ou 3 petits morceaux

Bar a pain le matin c'est margarine & 3 sorte de pain tranche donc ordinaire... Prix correct assiette parfait délicieux! Service plus ou moins absent ! Je dirais on mange tranquil si tu veux quelques choses c'est trop long on a dû demander se lever & le resto était vide donc .... A des points a améliorer je dirais côté service! & vaux pas la peine de manger des toast a la margarine aussi bien les mettres déjà fait dans l'assiette!

Excellent service à la clientèle, courtois & rapide. Great sur tous les aspects & 5 étoiles spéciales pour notre serveuse de ce soir Mme Valérie Messier ; WOw! tellement contraste d'avec un mauvais service dans un autre resto ailleurs à Brmt. Merci , ça vaut le détour, j'y retournerai souvent . C'est devenu ma place en ville de Granby. Merci Pacini pour le bel accueil . VOtre service à la clientèle fait toute la différence
