Tried Pac Pac today for the first time & was left disappointed. The look of the fried chicken is nice but that's about it.

I got the 5 piece combo meal which took around 40 mins to prepare. It comes with fries a choice of salad ( I got Coleslaw) a sauce (I got their gravy) & 2 drinks.

In no way am I upset with the staff or wait time, they were very polite & the chicken was being fried.

As for the food, I would avoid the coleslaw as it's just cabbage covered in what I assume is kraft coleslaw dressing. A pretty disappointing & sad looking coleslaw. The gravy is your typical brown sauce, nothing really offensive about it, just bland. The fries are your basic frozen fries you'd get from any fast food joint with a bit of seasoning.

As for the chicken. The crust looks & sounds nice when you bite into it, which we all like about fried chicken. The prob is there is just zero flavour to it. All I could taste was how salty it was, was very disappointed with it. On the plus side it wasn't dry at all which can be the worst part with fried chicken.

Overall I'd give it 3 ⭐ its pretty mediocre all around. Would be nice to see the owners use some of their background to spice things up a bit & bring some more flavours to their chicken & sides

Première commande sur Uber...
Le positif... très bon goût très belle portion & prix ok.
Le négatif... sur les 4 pouces de haut du burger... 1/4 est le poulet... manque de poulet...trop de panure.
La poutine...manque de fromage & de sauce...platte car la sauce était bonne & le poulet aussi... a ce prix...Plus de poulet dans le sandwich & plus de fromage & sauce dans la poutine..
Il va falloir que je compare avec Mme Poulet pour la suite...

Pour la reponse du proprio:
Les 2 commandes ont été a la même place...celui de murabel.
Première commande ok le poulet...trop de panure mais ok. 2e commande a la meme place.... 0.1% de panure...très décevant... serieux c'était botché complètement...j'aurais dû prendre une photo mais cetais comme du poisson pané congeler de l'épicerie. 0 contrôle de la qualité a Mirabel...pour da qui a jamais personne.

This is not really a fast food place because it's made to order, fresh. I had the original chicken burger. The ingredients were high quality & fresh.

The sauce was really good. The chicken was very crispy, not overly battered. The chicken was very tender & juicy. It didn't taste like some premade frozen patty that they throw into a fryer. It wasn't too salty either.

The burger is massive, I could prob share it with someone. So bang for buck is there.

It's a solid chicken burger for the price.

My friend & I got fried chicken strips, onion rings, fries & a spicy crispy chicken burger. All of it was so delicious! They add spices that elevate somthing that would be otherwise typical. The chicken is fried perfectly, but absolutely not over greasy at all!

Abraham served us & he was not only incredibly nice & kind, but also incredible patient & professional.

The chicken strips came with 3 sauces & he added in a 3rd one for free!
This place was most definitely worth the try.
