Thinnest hot & sour ive seen, no egg, no tofu, no bamboo shoots. General tao had no sauce & was mushy. So was the longbao, dense as a sausage & mushy leaky shell. Different chef as my first order probably where the tao was fluffy crispy & sauced.View more
Went there for lunch. There is an extensive choice of dumplings. We ordered the « randomly picked » ones along with an order of shrimp, pork & coriander dumplings. To have to pay 2$ for a little portion of peanut sauce was a surprise.
As an appetizer, we had the wonton & hot & sour soups, along with the spring rolls. The hot & sour soup was very good.
The dumplings were a tad dissapointing: despite being steamed, they were dry.
The service was correct.
You do not go there for the decor, nor the atmosphere, at least not at lunch time.
