I've ordered on uber eat… food was nasty & the rice… how can you messed up rice ? Very disappointed

I ordered for take out 3 days consecutively & ordered S.5 & mentionned shrimp only as I have dietary restrictions & cannot eat meat.

I had two for take out on the 3rd day for myself & friend; my friend cannot have pork due to religious reasons.

However upon receiving it, I noticed immediately that there was meat & had told my friend to stop eating it. She had eaten 2-3 at this point & did not realize as she has never eaten pork.

I called immediately & explained & the worker mentioned that he can put another order only or maybe offer 50% off on the new one however still being very wishy washy & said he will see when we bring it in. There was no apology or anything & stated we must bring it back & he can see whether or not it has been eaten. I gladly agreed & was clearly mocked or did not care of service at all. He asked whether it was an allergy, whether He needed to call 911 & get an ambulance as it was an allergy. I explained we both forcefully puked it out & it's just not right. Maybe the worker misheard the order however he did not try to at least mediate the situation. He continued to say it's store policy & cannot reimburse & that the only possibility of reimbursement is if it's a serious cause or need of emergency services & then will see if it is POSSIBLE for reimbursement.

Mistakes happen & maybe he misheard but the way they handled it was wrong; I was not asking for free food but for the right order.

I ordered the chicken dumplings & the General Tso's chicken. While the dumplings were okay, the General Tso's was a massive letdown. Having eaten this dish hundreds of times at different restaurants, I can safely say this version was nowhere close to what it should be...

We were served by a super friendly man by the name of Kim Ly. So nice so sweet & he treated us very well! Excellent service that's for sure! We shared the following:
General Tao- not too deep friend, succulent crispy chicken… my favorite general ever! Sweet succulent sauce!
We also shared the chefs meat dumplings :
Beef, chicken & porc & coriander super delicious!
We also tried the chicken & shiitake! Very good!

Order the loose tea jasmine too!

I highly recommend!

J'ai commandé par uber eats. Je comprends pas comment une place asiatique peut cuire du riz d'une manière autant abominable. Je suis un blanc & avec mon Rice cooker à 30$ je fais du meilleur riz. Aucune saveur, pas de vinaigre de riz. Le poulet était de mauvaise qualité. Des morceaux qui auraient être meilleur s'ils avaient été travailler davantage. Sauce super fade. Je déconseille fortement. La promotion est attrayante mais pour la « qualité »globale du plat je vous suggère d'aller voir ailleurs.

Je tip quand il y a du service
J'aimais bien cet endroit avant, je venais assez souvent pour les dumplings. Mais récemment c'est devenu très décevant. Depuis le changement de serveuse il n'y a pratiquement plus de service (pas de couverts, pas d'eau, il faut tout aller chercher soi-même). La première fois j'avais quand même laissé 10 % de pourboire, mais la fois suivante non… & la serveuse s'est mise à se plaindre en chinois dans la cuisine alors que j'avais commandé en chinois. Franchem très peu professionnel. & les dumplings étaient beaucoup plus fades qu'avant. Dommage.

Le restaurant est petit, mais l'ambiance est bien & agréable de manger sur place. Les dumplings sont excellents, un choix très varié est offert & le service est toujours A+ ! On peux prendre pour emporter ou des dumplings geler, qui sont aussi bon que les frais !
Vraiment une super place où on mange super bien🥟
