Review Summary

P23 Dumplings offers a small, cozy space with a wide variety of dumplings and sauces that many reviewers praise for taste and value. The atmosphere is generally friendly and service is described as quick and helpful, with takeout and delivery available. Some experiences mention issues such as soup dumplings arriving without broth or being overcooked, rice that lacks flavor or is mushy, dumplings that are not fried as expected, and cold delivery, which can dampen the meal. Occasional notes about ownership changes and inconsistent quality suggest variability, but overall the restaurant is seen as a solid quick option for satisfying dumplings and a casual meal. In summary, P23 Dumplings is regarded as a good value with flavorful options and a welcoming vibe, though consistency can vary.

Soup dumplings were super delicious, the general tao chicken was good but the rice was a bit mushy, & the sauce could have a bit more flavour. On top of that the spring rolls were super light in colour & didn't seem that they had been fried long enough. Peanut butter dumplings were yummy but also very mushy. I would only recommend the xiaolongbao & the cucumber salad!

Went there for lunch. There is an extensive choice of dumplings. We ordered the « randomly picked » ones along with an order of shrimp, pork & coriander dumplings. To have to pay 2$ for a little portion of peanut sauce was a surprise.
As an appetizer, we had the wonton & hot & sour soups, along with the spring rolls. The hot & sour soup was very good.
The dumplings were a tad dissapointing: despite being steamed, they were dry.
The service was correct.
You do not go there for the decor, nor the atmosphere, at least not at lunch time.
Not accessible by wheelchair.
