Review Summary

Reviews for P23 Dumplings are quite polarized, highlighting a divide between experiences with fresh, high-quality handmade dumplings and inconsistent results with other menu items. While many patrons praise the flavorful variety of dumplings, the friendly service, and the pleasant atmosphere, others express disappointment regarding texture issues, specifically with mushy rice and improperly prepared dishes. Delivery experiences also fluctuate, ranging from seamless to frustrating due to cold food or missing essentials. Although some diners consider it a top-tier spot for quick, delicious meals, others note inconsistencies in food preparation and quality that suggest potential variations in kitchen performance.

Thinnest hot & sour ive seen, no egg, no tofu, no bamboo shoots. General tao had no sauce & was mushy. So was the longbao, dense as a sausage & mushy leaky shell. Different chef as my first order probably where the tao was fluffy crispy & sauced.

Went there for lunch. There is an extensive choice of dumplings. We ordered the « randomly picked » ones along with an order of shrimp, pork & coriander dumplings. To have to pay 2$ for a little portion of peanut sauce was a surprise.
As an appetizer, we had the wonton & hot & sour soups, along with the spring rolls. The hot & sour soup was very good.
The dumplings were a tad dissapointing: despite being steamed, they were dry.
The service was correct.
You do not go there for the decor, nor the atmosphere, at least not at lunch time.
Not accessible by wheelchair.
