Notre première visite dans votre restaurant & absolument pas la dernière ! Nous sommes venu avec notre bébé, aucune difficulté pour avoir une banquette pour faciliter notre repas, ambiance de détente, nourriture incroyable & que dire du service de notre serveur! Très amicable & serviable, m'a aidé à emballé mes plats take-out pendant que je m'occupais de mon bébé qui pleurais. Un autre point très positive(pour les mamans qui amène leur bébé): mon petit bébé a fait une petite crise, pleurais & criait quand il s'est réveillé & j'ai sentie une petite honte au fait de déranger les autres clients mais les serveurs/serveuses sont venu me dire de ne pas m'inquiéter pour les autres clients, que tout est correct & ils essayaient même de me faire rire & sourire pour me calmer. 10000/10 pour mon expérience!

Par contre ....
1. l'attente pour les plats fût assez longue merci... nous comprenons qu'il y avait sûrement un manque de personnel -- donc on n'en tient pas trop rigueur
2. non-respect d'une mention d'allergie ; mon ami a demandé de ne pas avoir de crevette dans les soupes wonton (allergie) - une des soupes contenait des crevettes - par chance, la soupe a tombé sur la personne qui n'aime tout simplement pas les crevettes; les crevettes étaient bien cachées dans le fond de la soupe; si le plat avait été consommé par mon ami, notre repas n'aurait pas été aussi agréable; quelques excuses de base mais aucune proposition de compensation; pourtant c'était une erreur majeure de votre staff (& pas nécessairement de la serveuse) - je suis déçu du traitement de l'erreur...
Nous vous aimons bien; nous reviendrons sûrement dans le futur... mais on a trouvé l'incident "allergie" plate...

Service was very very slow. Day down ordered right away because we knew exactly what we wanted. E waited over an hour for our food. I'm celiac & dry that point was ready to leave. Wasn't sure how safe my food would be to eat, with no cross contamination. As we were ready to leave & go elsewhere, our food arrived. Changs spicy chicken was not spicy at all!!!! Have eaten it many other times & it was great! It looked pale, not like usual.
The food was fantastic. All the plate were top quality.
The service was not good. We were in the middle of our appetizer when the main plates arrived. Also it too is asking several times to get a refill of the water. Besides that a good time.
We waited almost ten minutes at the entry to be seated for a booked table as there was only one person at the reception managing a phone call & a queue of three groups before us. However, once we were seated the service was impeccable. Judith our server was efficient & personable. The food also came out very quickly & it was delicious! Thank you.
