Completely unacceptable & shockingly unprofessional.
I booked an online reservation that clearly provided a two-hour dining window. How does it make any sense for a restaurant to accept a reservation & then close the kitchen within that reserved time? This is beyond incompetence. I arrived at 3:45 PM, exactly as per my reservation, only to be told that the kitchen was already closed. If the kitchen was going to be shut, why accept reservations at all? This is misleading, careless, & shows complete disregard for customers' time.
This incident occurred on my wedding anniversary, & I arrived with my 1-year-old child, which made the experience even more frustrating & disappointing. I never expected this level of irresponsibility from P.F. Chang's.
Restaurants enforce strict no-show policies on customers, yet there seems to be no accountability when the restaurant fails to honor its own reservations. Customers should have the same protection-either honor the reservation or compensate for incidents like this.
Worst service imaginable. Poor management, zero accountability, & a complete waste of time. Never coming back.
Souper organisé pour 4 personnes. Au PF Chang de Laval. Bouffe excellente comme toujours. Réservé en ligne pour 18:30. Samedi 28 février. Arrivés sur place, SURPRISE, on se fait annoncer que nous devrons libérer notre table pour 20 heures puisqu'ils en ont besoin pour un groupe de 18 personnes! Assez ordinaire merci. Avec l'attente entre les services, nous n'avons eu que le temps de manger entrées & repas principal. La serveuse nous a dit pas le temps pour le dessert ni le café, désolée.
Franchement, on paie suffisamment cher pour se détendre quand on sort, on mérite de pouvoir profiter de son repas sans stress!! Ayez au moins la décence d'aviser les gens qui réservent en ligne de ce fait au moment de la réservation & non pas juste une fois rendus sur place quand il est déjà 18:30!!!
Very nice experience going out with my 10 year old boy for a Saturday night diner. We were greeted with a very friendly & thoughtful hostess. All though there was a problem on my end with my reservation, we were kindly given a table by the hostess in a very timely manner. Our waiter, George, was kind & professional with my son, this was truly appreciated. The food arrived about 15 minutes after we ordered & was hot & delicious. It was cooked perfectly & the flavours were spot on. As a dad, going to diner with my kids is always a very joyful moment for me & having great service with amazing food makes it that more special. Many thanks for this delightful dinning experience.
Vibe is great but the food is just okay. There tends to be an issue with salt levels of their food. The beef broccoli was the best dish we had (slightly over salted), the wonton soup was too salty & the noodle dish didn't taste like much. The crispy honey chicken wasn't very crispy.
I highly recommend the peanut butter panfried dumplings??
Very disappointed with my experience at P.F. Chang's today.
I'm a regular customer & placed a pickup order earlier, but when I got home the Mongolian beef was extremely salty as if the salt shaker had fallen into the dish. It honestly made me wonder if the food is tasted before being served. The hot & sour soup was also very watery & nothing like the usual consistency I'm used to.
I called to share my feedback & asked that my complaint be passed on to a manager. The only response I received was'I'm sorry to hear that,' with no offer to replace the meal, exchange it, or make things right.
Very disappointing customer service, especially from a place I normally enjoy & support.

Un de mes resto préférés depuis quelques temps mais malheureusement mes deux dernières visites m'ont rendu très froide. Arrivé à 18h un dimanche reparti à 20h15 alors que nous voulions un souper rapide. Les entrées sont arrivées dans un délais résonable, nous avions commandés 2 rouleaux, nous en avons reçu 4 & la bierre est arrivée lorsque nous avions terminé l'entrée... ensuite, 1h & plus s'est écroulée avant de recevoir nos assiettes principales, une autre personne vraiment plus dévoué que le serveur est venu nous reservire de l'eau entre l'entrée & le souper. Personne est venu nous voir pour savoir si tout était à notre gout ou si on voulait autre chose à boire ou peut importe. Nos assiettes étaient terminées & debarassées, nous avions nos manteaux depuis 10 minutes mais nous avons du accoster quelqu'un pour avoir notre facture parce que le serveur n'est jamais revenu nous voir depuis qu'il avait passer la commande. Très deçu, mes deux mauvaises expériences étaient servis par Spiro & les deux fois ma soirée a été gâchée. Si & bien si, je décide d'y retourner, je demanderai un autre serveur.

Their Valentine's Day special was absolutely phenomenal!! Beautifully presented, flavourful, & incredibly satisfying. Every dish tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned, & thoughtfully prepared. The portions were generous & truly worth every dollar spent.
It was such a lovely way to connect with my hubby, enjoying an amazing meal, watching some sports, & just soaking in the moment together.
The atmosphere is stunning, elegant yet comfortable, with such a warm & inviting aesthetic. It feels upscale without being pretentious.
What truly made the experience exceptional was the team. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, & professional. They checked in at just the right moments & made us feel genuinely welcomed & valued. ☺?

Délicieux repas, service excellent & cordial, personnel poli. Les portions sont généreuses & le drink que j'ai commandé était excellent. Je recommande aux gens qui visitent Laval d'aller vous régaler au PF Chang! Quand je retourne à Laval, c'est sûr que je leur rends visite encore.
Very excellent food & friendly staff! I really appreciate the service & hospitality! Tastes so good the shrimp dynamic appetiser, we ordered Phad Thai, fried Dumplings, soups, fried rice & beef broccoli! It great place for gathering !!
