Last Saturday, we were only about 5 minutes lates for our reservation, & were not allowed to enter we unfortunately left after 1 hour waiting maybe they give us a table but we left without dining due to extremely unprofessional reception service. The lack of proper customer handling created a very poor first impression & showed a clear need for staff training.
The food at P.F. Chang's was genuinely delicious-everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, & well presented. However, the service really needs improvement. We had to repeat our requests multiple times & follow up just to get simple things. Our soy sauce dish was cracked, & even after asking for a replacement, it was forgotten. Overall, great food but the service experience took away from it

Très bon restaurant pour un souper en famille ou entre amis. La nourriture était bonne. Le service avec Galaxia était super ! Les mocktails étaient délicieux. Le stationnement terrible, il est toujours difficile de se stationner dû au Carrefour Laval.

jai passer un moment absolument magnifique! Le service était impeccable du début à la fin, la nourriture était un vrai délice (chaque bouchée était un petit bonheur 😍), & le staff… tout simplement exceptionnel. Un merci tout spécial à la gérante Tanya ✨ Ton service est remarquable, toujours professionnel, chaleureux & avec ce sourire qui fait toute la différence. On sent vraiment que tu mets du coeur dans ce que tu fais, & ça se reflète dans toute l'ambiance du restaurant. Ne lâchez surtout pas votre beau travail, vous êtes une équipe incroyable! Grâce à vous, ce n'est pas juste un souper, c'est une expérience mémorable qu'on a déjà hâte de revivre.

I would like to share some feedback regarding our visit on Saturday, May 1st at 5:45 PM.
Overall, we were disappointed with the service we received. While I understand that I personally ordered the wrong soup, & that was my mistake-not the waiter's-it was not necessary for us to be lectured about it. When I politely asked if it could be changed, the waiter responded in a dismissive & condescending manner, repeatedly pointing out that the error was mine. This made us feel uncomfortable & unwelcome.
Additionally, we had a child at the table with a kids' meal. When i asked'what drink choices do you have?' The waiter responded without making eye contact'what drink does she want?' which was not helpful. I had to name the choices myself & the waiter was telling me if he had them or not.
We believe that treating customers with patience & respect is always important, regardless of the situation.
We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
It is our third time going to PF Chang's & the restaurant never fails to disappoints us. We came for dinner for my Birthday & the food & service were both exceptional. Our waitress, Judith was very friendly & professional. As well as Jacob always made sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend!
Tanya is truly the best-her kindness & exceptional service made our visit unforgettable. Jorge & Anthony also delivered outstanding service & were very attentive.

Très bonne expérience chez PF Chang's Laval ! J'ai pris le Pad Thaï & le poulet croustillant au miel les deux étaient vraiment bons. Le Pad Thaï bien équilibré, & le poulet croustillant au miel, c'est le genre de plat où tu te demandes pourquoi t'as pas pris une portion de plus.
Un gros merci à Tanya & Anthony pour le service attentionnés, souriants & efficaces. On s'est sentis bien pris en charge du début à la fin, sans que ce soit envahissant.
