My boyfriend & I came on a week night, last minute reservation, & got there late, but they accommodated us in a kind manner. Michael was our server & on the ball throughout our entire night. He was very professional & kind. Overall service was great & the food was very good! They unfortunately did not have any more Lettuce Wraps, which is a key appetizer at P. F. Chang's, but it leaves us wanting to come back for sure for redemption! lol. Great experience, highly recommend.
Great food & service, beautiful restaurant & very honest people. Left my wallet on a table with a lot of money in it & visible & they kept it safe for me for a few days until i could retrieve it
The overall experience was good. The food 100/10. Everything was DELICIOUS! However the service was a bit slow, we arrived & waited 10 minutes (we had a reservation) for our table to be ready & then 15 additional minutes to get noticed. Good thing that the waitress who was with us was very sweet & professional.
Nourriture excellente mais le service très mauvais, serveur non souriant, n'est pas attentionné aux clients ne vient pas demander si tout est bon ou s'il manque quoi que ce soit après le service des plats. Oublie les boissons commandé. Nous avions besoin d'une place supplémentaire, impossible d'ajouter une table car les tables étaient toutes réservés, parfait je comprend, mais quand je vois la terrasse vide avec 20 tables libre j'me dis qu'il est possible de faire plaisir à un groupe de 22 personnes de leur apportez une petite table non? Même le gérant m'a répondu froidement à ce sujet. je travaille dans un restaurant moins "prestigieux" & nous offrons une solution pour chaque problème, une petite table de plus n'est jamais une mission impossible! Très décevant comme service.
