Our majestic 11 ft. tall horses grace the entrance to many of our restaurants. The horse symbolizes the original Forbidden City in China, which was built for China's first emperor Qin Shi Huangdi. Service ordinaire. Notre serveur est allé en meeting pendant la soirée sans nous aviser . Le serveur de remplacement avait de la difficulté à s'y retrouver dans les factures à la fin du repas . Mais, comment peut-on faire un meeting bien en vue devant les clients à une table côté bar & laisser ses clients sans service ? Pas fort , enfin, c'est notre perception …

We were visiting for my husbands 40th bday & we loved this place. Super clean all the staff is very attentive & the food is tasty. Micheal was our server & he was great he even sang Happy birthday to us (in Arabic) with another server also named Micheal . It was a super sweet & made this a memorable experience . Shout out to those boys they are really going above & beyond !
We had an outstanding experience at PF Chang's at Carrefour Laval thanks to our amazing waitress Camille! She was incredibly polite, friendly, & made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. Her service was attentive without being intrusive, & she went above & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It's rare to come across someone so professional yet warm & personable these days.
She truly made our evening special, & I'll definitely be coming back thanks to her top-notch service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
