Service à l'accueil épouvantable, le resto était presque vide, nous étions quatre & avons attendu 20 minutes avec une réservation!!! Elles nous avaient oubliés!!!
exceptionnelle chez PF Chang Laval
Nous avons passé une soirée mémorable chez PF Chang à Laval. Notre serveur Mikael a été absolument remarquable : attentionné, chaleureux & de très bons conseils. Grâce à lui, nous avons savouré des crevettes dynamite parfaitement croustillantes, un sushi dragon savoureux, un poulet au gingembre tendre & parfumé, & un étonnant cadeau aux carottes colossale, une recommandation exquise de Mikael. Tout était délicieux du début à la fin. Service & nourriture : 5 étoiles bien méritées. Merci Mikael pour cette expérience impeccable !
The service was slow even though the restaurant was less than half full. The waiter brought us the wrong food on 2 separate occasions. All the food; the dumpling appetizers, the soup & the main courses were all warm temperature, none of the food was hot enough.
I expect better for this price point, & our past experiences were better on all fronts, though the food has always been on the slow side to come out of the kitchen.
I hope this was an exception & not a sign of a permanent decline, because I would not spend this much money if this is what the experience is going to be moving forward, & that's a shame because it is the only location in the Greater Montreal Area.
Les dumpling ne sont pas préparés sur places se sont des congelés. Le boeuf mongolien était bon mais les oignons verts coupé trop long il devrait les amincir & en mettre moin. Bref trop chère pour la qualité.
Toujours une belle expérience la nourriture est excellente le repas était chaud nous avons essayé le boeuf croustillant une belle découverte c'est succulent

Délicieux. J'ai pris les crevettes à la crème, melon miel & noix de grenobles. Je le suggère fortement. L'ambiance est bonne. Musique pas trop forte, on s'entend parler & c'est très confo.
J'aime tellement ce resto! Tout est parfait comme toujours! La bouffe, l'ambiance & le service !!
