We always had hot & sour soup at many pf changs but this time it was watery & not the same. We returned it. If I was the chef I would bd ashamed to have a decline to eat something served!

We were served by Michael H., who was absolutely amazing & a big part of why we had such a wonderful experience. He truly embodies what exceptional service should be.
Everything from the food the atmosphere & the service were all mediocre. I was sitting at the bar & almost never saw my server had to wave him over several times before he disappeared, my drink orders were always forgotten when my food arrived & the place was full of the screams of children from a large group behind me.
Booked the same day, arrived & was welcomed with a smile.
Even though the restaurant was crowded & they had a large group, we were seated quickly, got our order in, server recommended we put everything right away to avoid wait which was a great suggestion. Food arrived in a timely manner, was fresh & delicious. Would recommend.
