Première expérience à ce resto.
L'accueil & la distribution des plats est à améliorer.
Par contre notre serveur au bar a été remarquable, il nous a parlé de l,histoire du resto, les meilleurs plats selon les commentaires ainsi que partager les traditions du resto.
Pour les plats, nous avons commandé 5 entrées différentes, une seule que nous avons bien aimé le {Tataki de Thon}
Assez décevant. Mon invitée a reçu son plat principal alors qu'elle n'avait pas terminé la soupe. Ma soupe repas était tiède & les pâtes wonton tellement cuites qu'elles étaient pâteuses & se défaisaient. Le personnel manque d'expérience. Y compris le personnel à l'accueil aussi affairé avec les take-out. Rien à voir avec le P.F.Changs à Fort Lauderdale.
The resto is trendy & stylish. Nice ambiance but it ends there.
The food in the US chain is better. The food at the Laval chain was overly salted & overpriced for what you get. I had the lunch combo but the portions are all small. The wait staff is young & appear inexperienced. You can see them playing around with each other & chatting all the time. & there was this one lady walking around with a tray. I felt like she was on patrol. The resto just opened so maybe they have a few bugs in their system to get out. I would be willing to give them another chance for dinner, but that would be it. The food at Table 51 next door is so much better with a more pro staff.
