Duck confit linguine had great presentation but just tasted very sweet for some reason. My friend's lasagna was really good though. Friendly service but the fact she recommended the linguine which was arguably the worst thing on the menu is a bit of a turn off.
Great wood-stove pizza. Extremely noisy environment. Best for a party, not so good for a quiet date-night. Asked about allergies right as we were being seated. Very allergy-conscious restaurant.
We didn't get the usual basket of bread while we waited for our meal. Pizza took a while to make it to the table. However food was excellent & it never disappoints.
We also understand that there is a lack of staff - & the staff they have is always smiling. I always recommend Ottavio & will always be back for their great food & service.

BYOB places are a rare gem. Ottavio was pleasant, staff was courteous. Food was ok; I ordered the Greek salad, which isn't their specialty. The vegetables were fresh, the cheese tasted slightly old. The after-dinner coffee never showed up, though it's just as well because I saw my colleagues' coffees & they looked very weak.
I don't want to undersell the place; aside from the coffee, my colleagues all seemed quite satisfied with their meals. If you go here, I'd suggest ordering something Italian. Last time I ordered the salmon tartare which was good. Only don't try to order in Italian; the waitress had no idea what tartare di salmone was.
Le service a été exemplaire. Le serveur était attentionné & à l'écoute. Il y avait 2 personnes coeliaques dans le groupe & le service a été adapté de façon excellente.
Le service était un peu lent comparé à l'habitude. Le resto était plein, & les serveurs faisaient de leur mieux. J'ai demandé de l'huile avec piments, mais j'ai reçu de l'huile & balsamique. Mais je l'ai apprécié quand même.
C'est mon resto favori, alors, j'y retournerai sans hésiter. Les moules étaient trop petites, mais le goût était excellent comme d'habitude.
