Food took a very long time to be served. Other. Tables that came in after us were served before us! Also, quality of food was not what Ottavio usually delivers.

Le menu devrait varier , ca fait des années que vous avez le meme menu. Les entrées devraient etre plus variés. J'ai jamais compris si la petite carte de menu special s'appliquait seulement pour les mardis & mercredis...D'ailleurs cette petite carte (menu d'hote) est difficiel à comprendre, il y a des ajous ($) à tous les items...
Le resto est super beau
Food was great as always. We arrived on time. We were seated. It was somewhat busy & very noisy. The waitress took our order a few minutes later, but 30 minutes after we arrived, we were still waiting on the appetizer, which was a salad we were sharing. Seems like a long time to wait for a salad. Then when it arrived, so did our main courses, all at once. Seems strange to have it all delivered at once. We didn't have much time for the salad because we didn't want our food to get cold. Otherwise a good experience. Love the food.
The portions were huge!! Staff are nice kind & friendly. Shop is very spacious lots of room.

I had two plates of the mussels (mariniere) & the first plate was not as hot as it could have been. The second plate was better.
Our server who took our orders was great. The server who delivered the food was clumsy. He was dropping plates all around us. When he came to deliver my mussels, he spilled some of the sauce on the floor & onto my foot. Thankfully, it was not scaldingly hot.
In the past, I was always very pleased with all the categories of my experience, but this time, it was not the greatest. I come from the South Shore to go to your restaurant & hope that it will be better next time.
Table was not so clean & the floor under the table was dirty. The waiter did not pay any attention to that!
Bread was cold... pizza was not crispy as before & chewy...
