I ordered takeout for the first time from Ottavio tonight. The food was very delicious & I especially appreciated the vegan menu. Even though I didn't dine in, I also still experienced exceptional service over the phone. The person I spoke with was very kind & made sure that I knew exactly what I was ordering (esp. with regards to what had dairy & what did not). He also insisted that we try the vegan arancini, which I was not initially planning on but will be ordering again. Thank you for a lovely experience.View more

Although the food was very good. Most importantly, the server told my wife who has nut/peanut, fish & seafood/shellfish allergies that she could not have the plain sauce & cheese pizza because the kitchen could not guarantee that there was no cross contamination. The only way she could be safe was to order from the Gluten free menu, which she doesn't suffer from?
In the Gluten free menu, there is shellfish & she was told that that kitchen washes their hands after every meal prep. DO they not wash their hands in the main kitchen? We were excited to try this restaurant based on the fact that we saw on your site that you catered to all allergens? Because of this explanation she did not feel safe eating...
We had a group of 9 people, some from Ontario & this turned out to be a disappointing experience & so we would not recommend this restaurant unless you suffer from Celiac, which my daughter has & she luckily liked HER experience.

Pizza fruits de mer complètement détrempée.
Table réservée près de l'entrée, alors qu'il y avait d'autres places disponibles. On sentait le froid lorsque que la porte s'ouvre. On a refusé de nous laisser choisir une autre place.

Excellent resto Apporte-ton-vin BYOB. J'ai choisi les fusilis arrabiatta aux saucisses italiennes. Rien à voir avec les pennes ou fusilis arrabiatta qu'on voit habituellement, la portion est copieuse, le plat est d'inspiration cuisine maison, généreux, savoureux, confort food. L'accueil & le service étaient attentionné, charmant & chaleureux. Une attention spéciale est accordée aux allergies. Très belle découverte à deux pas de la Place Bell. Je recommande.View more
