The food is excellent, with beautiful presentation, well-balanced seasoning, & thoughtfully prepared seasonal dishes-although the menu was somewhat limited, likely because we dined in March.
The restaurant itself is elegantly decorated, offering a refined, classic ambiance that enhances the overall experience.
The service, however, was just okay. We were seated at the bar, & initially our server seemed somewhat annoyed. After a few interactions, she warmed up a bit & even offered a few smiles. She did provide some suggestions, though only after we initiated the conversation. Unfortunately, she did not refill our wine or water glasses at any point during the meal.
Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates a high-level culinary experience, though the service could use some improvement.
What a fantastic place . The food is absolutely delicious, the service is great & the atmosphere very pleasant. Is I'd a bit pricey? Maybe but it worth it. Very unique dishes & flavors. 5 stars

Une table engagée, savoureuse & humaine, on comprend pourquoi elle séduit depuis déjà plus de 20 ans. À découvrir (& redécouvrir) sans hésiter !
We ordered the seared leeks, the roasted artichokes, the fingerling potatoes, the maïtake mushrooms & the lamburger steak. I wasn't crazy about the artichokes & the potatoes, but everything else was phenomenal. Very melt-in-your-mouth & buttery. The portions are a little small for the price. The atmosphere was great, very warm & welcoming. My only complaint is that I asked them in the reservation to bring a surprise dessert out for my boyfriend's birthday, & it didn't happen.
Loved everything we ordered. If it was socially acceptable to lick the dish, I would have done so.
Would for sure recommend for a special occasion cause it definitely hits the mark.
Service was super good & they even asked us in the beginning after taking our order if we had an event to attend to make sure they bring everything out in time for us to make it to our show.
Absolutely excellent experience. Super friendly staff, respected our time limit (we had a show right after supper). The smoked pasta was sublime, the dish with the smoked yogurt was very interesting & tasted amazing, & the deer dish in the « third act » was to die for. Go eat there or be square.
Cuisine innovante & inventive avec des produits locaux & de saison. On apprécie la préoccupation écologique & « zéro déchets » & la possibilité d'amener son vin. Les plats sont excellents & abordables.

Souper à deux avant un spectacle. Nous avons eu un super service & avons été très bien accueillis! La nourriture était excellente & j'apprécie beaucoup que ce soit apportez votre vin.
Coup de coeur pour l'omble chevalier qui était DÉ-LI-CIEUX !!
Excellents plats, belle surprise! Nous avons partagé 5 plats différents, nous avons tout aimé! Mention spéciale au tartare, à la pâte fumée & à la crème brûlée au Coureur des bois! Wow!
Mon resto préféré de loin ! Apportez votre vin en plus !!!
Il faut vivre l'expérience Othym au moins une fois dans sa vie.

Merveilleuse expérience! Excellent service & bonne nourriture. La meilleure partie? C'est un restaurant apportez votre vin, ce qui est devenu très rare!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at O-Thym, & the experience was absolutely incredible. The food was truly out of this world. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of rich flavor, & clearly made with great care & attention to detail. From the first bite to the last, everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned, & simply delicious. The atmosphere made the experience even better, creating a warm & welcoming place to enjoy such amazing cuisine. If you're looking for a restaurant that delivers outstanding food & a memorable dining experience, O-Thym is definitely a place I highly recommend. I can't wait to go back!
What a lovely meal! My friend & I were looking for a nice BYOW & were not disappointed. We at the bar/counter & watched all the delicious food come out :)
Our waitress was VERY lovely & her recommendations about the menu were very appreciated. We had 2 lighters veggies plates, one heartier mushroom dish (so good!) then I had the deer stew (REALLY GOOD) & my friend the duck. She would have taken a larger plate but all was very good.
Definitely get the bread with maple-whipped butter!!!
Nous étions un groupe de 13, la prise en charge, l'accueil, personnel très gentil & avenant. Excellente nourriture. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée pour un anniversaire.
