So fresh & lots of surprises. Recommended by my sister who went 3 years ago. Still fantastic. I had the asparagus gaspaccio. The tartare & curd dessert. Even on my own byob wine was ok
Très belle soirée avec des plats excellents & raffinés, un gros merci à Jeanne & Romy pour le service & les bonnes recommandations.
Vraiment délicieux! On s'est délectés. C'est bien que l'on puisse apportez notre vin. Point faible: la climatisation! Il y en a beaucoup trop.
gaspacho d'asperges, plat de morilles, ragoût d'agneau avec sauce au Louis d'Or savoureux. Comblée à chaque visite.
This was our first visit at O-Thym. What an absolute gem! The owners are very hands on & extremely attentive to their customers. The service is exceptional…. fast & friendly but not rushed. Between the four of us, we were able to experience roughly half of their current menu. The menu is very creative & the presentation is beautiful. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Just to mention a few of the dishes that we indulged ourselves with, yellow pea croquettes with Guinea fowl liver mousse with shiso vinegar gel, fiddleheads with duck egg in crab bisque, the northern shrimp tartlet & the morel mushrooms with butter, asparagus & miso. We also had the lamb with the most amazingly tender gnudi, the Cote Nord halibut which is so unctuously tender & flaky. My personal favourite is the duck with Swiss chard, beet & cranberries. O-Thym is a true culinary extravaganza for foodies. Looking forward to returning here for another wonderful dining experience.
The food is expensive but well worth…Food is innovative tasty fresh andhealthy. Audrey the maitre d is as selective & considerate as an owner…I recommend this place highly

Honnêtement déçue. Nulle part sur le menu ou la description des plats par notre serveuse on pouvait savoir que l'Omble chevalier était cru (sauf sur la facture), plats beaucoup trop salés & dispendieux. Par contre, accueil chaleureux, service impeccable & présentation des assiettes soignée. À noter que c'était également très bruyant un mercredi soir (réservation 17h30)
