Such a wonderful place with food cooked to perfection at a reasonable price & very nice atmosphere at staff. Enjoyed a lovely dinner as the snow swirled outside!

C'est très bon, un service vraiment super. Mais c'est très très bruyant ce qui rend le moment moins agréable. On avait du mal a s'entendre parle
We spent 10 days traveling (& eating) through out Quebec & this restaurant was our favorite. All aspects (service, food, atmosphere) of this restaurant should receive 5 stars (save wine service since this is a BYOB). The servers were so friendly & informative. They were also very passionate about the food being served; knowing it & describing it perfectly. A friendly welcome often sets the tone for the whole experience & these folks win here. The atmosphere is energetic bistro with enough sound dampening to allow for a pleasant personal conversation. The food was to die for: exploding with the primary flavor of the dish yet complimented by herbs & spices. I had the sweetbreads as an appetizer. These were served with a light, slightly sweet sauce of fruit & maple & topped with coarsely prepared herbs that was so light yet exploded with flavored & textures. We also had a brilliant Halibut with black garlic & mango that was perfect for a warm summer night & delicately prepared. We trusted the chef so much we had creme brûlée & a trio of sorbets for dessert - things we would NEVER order in lesser hands -& they did not disappoint. The creme brûlée was rich & delicious & the brittle crust perfectly executed. My sorbets were anything but the usual; they expressed their flavored to a T: pear, fennel & blueberry. In addition there was an amuse bouche of gazpacho & an interlude of lime sherbet in vodka all part of a perfectly paced (2+ hour) meal. Add the fact that you can bring & have a wine you couldn't afford from most restaurant wine lists & you have an exceptional night out. This place is a must.
Le seul bémol : il n'y avait pas de poisson dans le menu pour le plat principal & le dessert est trop sucré. Superbe nouvelle location ! Bonne continuation !
Je recommande ce restaurant sans hésitation! À l'époque où il se trouvait sur Maisonneuve, je m'y étais rendu une seule fois & j'avais trouvé l'expérience satisfaisante mais sans plus. Il me semble que maintenant qu'il est situé dans un nouvel espace sur Atateken, le restaurant est plus convivial & la formule en trois étapes plus alléchante, certains plats étant de grande qualité tant pour les produits que la préparation. & les restaurants où l'on peut apportez son vin ne sont pas nombreux dans le secteur. Coup de coeur assuré!
Nous venons ici pour célébrer nos moments spéciaux, comme la Saint-Valentin & notre anniversaire de couple, & à chaque fois, c'est un vrai plaisir. La nourriture est délicieuse, le service est impeccable & toujours chaleureux. On se sent vraiment bien accueillis. En plus, le nouveau local est magnifique & rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à Léo.
Very much enjoyed the evening meal. Every dish was unique & delicious! The oysters were spectacular as was the pea soup. The duck was cooked to perfection & the sauce just right. The shortbread dessert was symbolic of the restaurant's mission to avoid wasting food while ensuring creative deliciousness.
The service was instructive without intrusiveness & the overall ambience was joyous. Well worth the trek in blizzard conditions.

Over the years, O Thym has become one of our favourite restaurants in town. They creatively use terroir products to concoct magical dishes that never disappoint: The taste is excellent & the presentation is always appealing. Their recent move to a larger venue has only improved their overall rating: Spacious dining areas allowing a more private experience & cool decor has made the O Thym experience that much better. The staff are warm & welcoming & they can now comfortably accommodate larger groups. The fact that it is a BYOB allows for great wine pairings with an affordable bill at the end of the evening.
Honnêtement un des meilleurs restaurants de Montréal. Cela fait 2 fois qu'on y va & on est toujours agréablement surpris ! Les plats sont délicieux, le service & rapide. Rien à dire à part que vous devez absolument le tester !
Nous avons passé une très belle soirée.
L'ambiance était bonne & le staff était très amicale, souriant & connaissent bien le menu. Ils ont suent répondre à toutes nos questions.
Le menu était absolument délicieux !
J'ai adoré, & je recommande le tartare, un vrai délice,
& une belle interprétation du plat !

An amazing place go for night Time, thé atmosphere is amazing, not to mention the food, they really found a way to have their own touch when it comes to gastronomy, our server Leo did a fantastic job & usually im not a fan of going to the same restaurant twice but this one will definitely be worth going a second time, 10/10
I had an amazing experience at O-Thym, & a big part of that was thanks to our waiter, Leo! From the moment we arrived, he was warm, attentive, & incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He made great recommendations & ensured that everything was perfect throughout our meal. His friendly attitude & attention to detail truly elevated our dining experience. If you're visiting O-Thym, I hope you're lucky enough to have Leo as your server. he's fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Je n'étais pas allé au othym depuis plusieurs années & j'ai été impressionné par la qualité des plats. Il s'agit selon moi du meilleur apportez votre vin à montréal. Le nouveau décor & plus grand emplacement permet de recevoir des groupes , donc c'est l'endroit parfait pour célébrer un anniversaire entre amis. Une valeur sûre que je recommande sans hésitation.
belles découvertes avec une soupe aux pois réinventée & très réussie & un omble fumé fondant des plus délicieuse mais le canard un peu décevant...nous y retournerons comme nous le faisons depuis plusieurs années!
