Nous sommes allés pour la 1re fois à ce restaurant samedi le 19 octobre 2024. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis. La nourriture était délicieuse (pizza, escalope de veau) de l'entrée au dessert. Nous vous le recommandons fortement & nous allons y retourner assurément. Félicitations & merci au chef & à sa dame ainsi qu'au serveur pour cette belle soirée. A bientôt!
Excellent restaurant à l'accueil extraordinaire. Les plats sont frais (preuve en est, j'étais venue pour manger des moules, il n'y en avait plus). Je me suis rabattue sur des linguine aux fruits de mer. Un régal, avec beaucoup de fruits de mer. & que dire de l'accueil & de l'attention du serveur. Super. Je vous recommande très fortement ce restaurant.
I went there with my partner to meet my sister & her partner. We shared the platter with a little bit of eveything on it the four of us, I had the gnocci with a sweeter white wine that was recommended goes well with it & cannoli with espresso for dessert. I really appreciated sitting next to the open floor to ceiling windows, the quality of the food & ingredients, as well as the portion sizes & the service. For me it was like being back in Italy for an evening.

Went in just before 9pm with my girlfriend, & could not have asked for a better experience. The food was absolutely fantastic, & the bread that we had as our complimentary starter was the BEST bread I have had in Montreal. They were also extremely accommodating to me as an anglophone. The atmosphere was elegant & calm. There are not many seats in the restaurant, but with the small amount of seating, they more than make up for it amazing flavours. Would 10/10 recommend, as we will be back next time we are in town!
Mes amis & moi avons passé un excellent moment culinaire chez Osteria Gallo. Je recommande à tous ce petit resto de quartier. Accueil & service chaleureux. Menu varié. J'y ai dégusté la pizza margherita, faite sur place & qui se compare à celle qu'on peut savourer à Naples, à la fameuse pizzeria Starita, une institution gastronomique napolitaine.
Delicious little Italian restaurant close to Jarry station. The owners were so kind & friendly, all smiles! I got the spaghetti pomodoro which was lovely. It wasn't too salty but tasted very homemade (in the best way possible). Pasta was cooked for just the right amount of time. The vibe & atmosphere was also very nice & a little fancy! Super clean too. I would definitely recommend & come back here :)

We enjoyed a nice italian meal here, the restaurant is small & cosy. Cocktail & wine, the negroni was well balanced. We shared the antipasto platter, it was generous & everything was good to get in the mood for more. The cavatelli barese were flavourful The stinco agnello was falling from the bone, a delight ! A tiramisu with load of mascarpone It was a very good meal, the pasta are delicious & affordable. I recommend the the place !

J’ai été servie par MARCO, il est d’une gentillesse sans pareille! Il nous a parfaitement conseillé concernant le bon vin prendre selon nos palettes personnelles ! Au niveau de la nourriture je ne regrette en rien! Les plats sont délicieux, les portions généreuses… un gros gros gros merci a toutes l’équipe & JE RECOMMENDE !!!!
