I recently visited Osmow's in downtown Montreal & honestly, it was a solid experience. The location is super convenient, especially if you're walking around the city & need a quick, filling & delicious meal.
The food came out fresh & hot, & the portions were generous. I ordered a chicken shawarma poutine & the flavor was on point - well-seasoned, juicy, & the sauces were balanced without being overwhelming. Their garlic sauce & hot sauce combo never disappoints.
The place itself was clean & had a good vibe, even during a busy time. Staff were quick & efficient, & you could tell they were used to handling a steady flow of customers without slowing down.
If you're in downtown Montreal & craving something hearty & flavorful, Osmow's is definitely a go-to spot.
Poulet/Chicken on the Rocks. It is an absolute must-try! The flavors are authentic, the chicken is never dry, & the service is quick. It's the kind of meal you start craving again the moment you finish. Highly recommend!'
I recently visited Osmos, & it instantly became one of my favourite shawarma spots! The food was incredibly fresh, the portions were generous, & the flavours were on point. Their chicken shawarma was perfectly seasoned, juicy, & wrapped with just the right balance of toppings & sauces.
The staff were friendly & quick, even during a busy rush, & the whole place had a clean, welcoming vibe. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or craving a hearty meal, Osmos definitely delivers.

The saj shawarma was a tortilla bread with chicken cubes, not shaved chicken. The spice was way too much & not in a good flavourful way. Wouldn't recommend for a shawarma.
Well I used to be a regular at this location for around 3 years just because it's the only Osmows in downtown & convenient from work. I gave 5 stars earlier since the quality was good for the price. But recently the quality of food has been going down.
I always order Chicken on rocks... Most of the time, I have found bones & ligaments in there, talked to the staff about it & they said these kinds of things are normal, nothing can be done much abt it.
Not to mention nowadays they fill up the entire box with just rice & add a VERY THIN layer of chicken on top just enough to cover the rice even if you order extra chicken or get the LARGE one chicken is still less, which makes me think twice before returning to this place like am I paying $16-17 everyday just for a box of rice. Plus this has happened multiple times even after bringing this to attention.

Best chicken & rice combo at a reasonable price with great portion. Highly suggest to try the crispy chicken wrap! Great staff with an amazing manager. Will definitely visit again, & again.
I recently visited a osmows shawarma restaurant & had an amazing experience! 🤩 The food was absolutely fantastic, with every bite bursting with flavor. 🤤 The staff was incredibly nice & helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.😇 I highly recommend trying their chicken poutine; it's a definite must-try!💯 I would definitely give this place a five-star rating for its delicious food & excellent service.
Edit as of Dec 2024: service, portions & food have gotten much better. Just I would ask that the chicken for chicken on the rocks is further carved, since some pieces are too large. Beef is a hit or miss at times where some days, it's exceptional. Other days, it's a lot of fat & pieces that are harder to eat. The beef needs improvement. Original review: Lady that serves at the cash gives rude service with sarcastic fake smiles. Portion sizes have gotten small & the flavour has become mediocre. I won't be returning.

Honestly, one of the best shawarma in town. I've been going there for a year now, & it never disappoints. If I had only one last meal left before the end, that would be that chicken super shawarma
Disappointed, 80% brown meat for my chicken shawarma, a bit fatty. The worst Fatoush ever, all lettuce, not tasty it's like eating a side on a brochettes plate. Not a Fatoush.
