I want to take a moment to highlight the incredible service I received from Iván, the waiter who attended to me. I arrived at the restaurant yesterday feeling very down, going through a tough day… but his smile, his positive energy, & his genuine charisma completely turned my mood around.
From the very first moment, he approached me with contagious joy & admirable professionalism. Iván & Julio knows the menu perfectly, explained each dish to me in detail & with great patience, & helped me make an excellent choice with his kindness & knowledge.
It wasn't just great service - it was a human experience that made me feel seen, heard, & truly valued. I left the restaurant with a big smile thanks to him. Ate here during the MTL a table event. I'll start by saying the service from start to end was exceptional, special shout out to Julio. Very attentive, pleasant & the right amount of checking in. The food was good, the parsnip soup was really well made, I chose the forgotten vegetable plate, which was flavourful but I would have liked a protein on the plate maybe crispy seasoned chickpea, or it would have been great with a veggie/vegan sausage. The pear & chocolate dessert wasn't great for me. The pineapple, that my mom had, was tasty a tad sweet but the mint helped balance the sweetness. We were offered an apero to compensate which was all greatly appreciated & unexpected. Overall a nice pleasant evening!View more
