I've been a customer for a long time & have been supporting this restaurant since their first Mississauga location. I order from them regularly, usually around 3-4 times a month, because I genuinely enjoy the food.
Recently I had an issue with the quality of one of my orders, so I reached out to the manager directly. I really appreciated how professionally they handled the situation. They responded quickly, apologized sincerely, & made things right right away.
That kind of customer service means a lot & shows they truly care about their customers & reputation. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way a business responds is what makes the difference.
Because of their positive attitude & respectful treatment, I'll continue supporting them & ordering again. Great food & excellent customer service.

I have tried so many different Shawarma dishes in Montreal, New York & so many other places & this one is pretty good. I am happy with it. The chicken is well seasoned, & the rice & the other toppings are also well balanced. The tomatoes are the best addition because it adds a little bit of tang to it.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Everything from the food quality & taste to the service & hospitality was top-notch. I'm giving it 5 stars & will definitely be back. I hope you continue to maintain this excellent level of quality & service. Highly recommended!'
Easily the best shawarma I've tried in my life, & thats me comparing it to my home country which tells you a lot, liked mandi with lamb better than chicken, but both still really good, their garlic sauce is to die for & their prices are just insane in comparison with the amount of food you get, will be back a 100%

C'est vraiment trop bon, tout est frais, bien assaisonné, les portions sont généreuses pis le service est super chaleureux. On voit que le staff met du coeur dans ce qu'ils font 👏
Petit point à savoir : si vous voulez manger sur place avec la famille, surtout le week-end, attendez-vous à ce que ce soit plein, c'est dur de trouver une place 😅 Je sais pas si c'est plus tranquille durant la semaine.
Mais sinon, ça vaut vraiment le détour, je recommande à 100% 🙌

Bon sandwiche d'habitude mais La dernière fois que j'ai mangé mon sandwiche shawarma poulet il y avait de la graisse & des boules blanche dur dans le poulet, c'est mauvais pour la santé sa ma un peu dégoûté. faut mettre que du blanc de poulet svp

Je recommande vivement ce restaurant ! La nourriture est vraiment délicieuse, surtout le poulet grillé au charbon qui a un goût incroyable, ainsi que le riz parfaitement préparé.
Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, surtout avec les offres proposées.
Le personnel est très accueillant & souriant, on se sent vraiment bien servi & respecté. Leur gentillesse fait toute la différence.
Une très belle expérience, je reviendrai sans hésiter ! 👌
Ils ont annoncé une offre mais une fois sur place, la personne a la porte nous a dit a plusieurs reprises qu'il n'y en avait plus, que seule les personnes ayant un ticket seront servis, alors naturellement jai quitté la ligne apres une quizaine de minutes à atteindre mon bus, que ne fut ma surprise de constater qu'il y avait des gens qu'on laissait passé qui etait venu apres moi & qui n'avait pas de ticket comme moi... pas très honnete comme procedure.
