This was our first & definitely our last time having breakfast at this restaurant.
At first, the food seemed fresh, & we were enjoying our meal. Then we witnessed something that completely changed our opinion. One of the staff members stepped onto a food preparation counter with their shoes. Watching this instantly made us question the restaurant's hygiene standards. It was so disgusting that I genuinely felt sick & lost my appetite.
What shocked us even more was that we waited for about five minutes, expecting someone to clean & sanitize the surface. No one did. They simply ignored it & continued preparing food on the same dirty counter before serving it to customers.
Basic food safety & hygiene should never be optional. If this is what customers can see, it makes you wonder what happens behind the scenes.
We will never return, & I would strongly encourage anyone who cares about cleanliness & food safety to think twice before eating.
Visited Omna Cafe in Dharan. The food was really good, especially their pork momo - it was 10/11 🤌❤?. The only thing I didn't enjoy much was the matcha latte, it wasn't really my taste. The place has fresh air, a good view, & a nice relaxing vibe. Overall, a great spot to chill & enjoy good food. Definitely recommend trying their momos!😊
We visited this café following a Google recommendation & were not disappointed. The brunch was excellent, featuring incredibly fresh ingredients & high-quality tableware. The orange juice was clearly freshly squeezed, & the staff were exceptionally welcoming & hospitable.
This place is a 5/5 for me! The people are so welcoming, & I got served by the guy with the hat - he was super nice & attentive. He was clearly French-speaking, but he still made the effort to serve me in English, which I really appreciated. I had the pumpkin soup & it was sooo good - warm, flavorful, & perfect. The food came out quickly, & everything tasted fresh. The ambiance of the place is cozy, warm, & inviting - such a nice spot to relax, catch up with friends, or even just enjoy some alone time. I'll definitely be coming back & recommending it to others!
Coffee + pastry (not fresh) : $10. I find it too expensive for what you're getting.
Spacious cafe with floor-to-ceiling windows that make you feel like you're in a beautiful greenhouse oasis hidden away from the rush of the city. Crazy large selection of house-made pasties & desserts, as well as a diverse & fresh menu for all tastes that changes seasonally. Don't even get me started on the drinks!! They work with a local roaster that's top notch, & the barista care about each & every shot they pull. Highly recommend!
Everything about this place is so aesthetic. The food, the lighting, the atmosphere is so calming & green❤?
I ordered their thai avocado toast & it was delicious & very fresh! The sourdough was just the right amount of crispy & chewy. There's a generous avocado helping with tahini & srirarcha on top with a generous sprinkle of crushed flavored almonds (I think it might be spicy bbq..?). The salad's dressing - not sure what it is, but it's salty/savoury. It was realllyy good.
The people working there are also very kind & helpful. I saw someone needed a plug for their laptop, & one of the employees lended it to her.
This place is generally on the pricier end, but all the ingredients used are so fresh!!
There are also plugs if you need to charge.
