I was absolutely thrilled to hear that an Onigiri Shop finally opened in the West Island & had to go try it out! I had the salmon & tuna onigiris, as well as the miso soup, & everything was amazing! The portions were big, the prices were very reasonable, the fish was fresh & the service was impeccable. They took the time to plate everything nicely & make sure to tend to all our needs while we ate in the shop. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you want a quick healthy lunch or if you just want a quick snack during your day! Will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointing experience. The food did not taste fresh, & the overall quality was noticeably lacking. Everything was far too salty, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. There were also important components missing-for example, the rice did not appear to be seasoned with vinegar as it should have been, which made a noticeable difference in the taste. The rice was hard & was hot.

On top of that, one of the items we ordered was completely forgotten. Overall, the food quality & attention to detail were not what I expected, & unfortunately I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

I've gone to Onigiri shop a few times so was really excited it opened in the West. I tried their new Onidon- similar to a poke bowl. Unfortunately what I ordered (tuna avocado) looked nothing like the advertised photo online or in-store. There were no big chunks of tuna or a boiled egg, basically a 1/3 cup of mostly shredded tuna & some tiny pieces of it, with cucumber & avocado over a very generous layer of rice. With tax it's a little over 17$. I'm quite disappointed . Letting others know so you know what to expect .
