The rice too mushy. As a store that sells rice balls, you need to figure out the correct rice-water ratio.

Minor issue... Ventilation in the store is poorly set up. There is a powerful enough exhaust, but no incoming air, the fan cannot suck out the deep fryer fume outside.

Première fois chez Onigiri & franchement, j'ai beaucoup aimé . La soupe miso était vraiment parfaite & pleine de goût, en plus J'ai goûté trois onigiris ,saumon cuit épicé, saumon frais & poulet frit coréen & Mon préféré reste clairement le saumon cuit épicé, avec juste ce qu'il faut de piquant & une texture super agréable. Le saumon frais était aussi très bon & bien fondant. J'ai également pris la salade de concombre, très fraîche & croquante, & un mini ramen qui était vraiment mon coup de coeur. Un très bon moment, je reviendrai avec plaisir 🤗🤗 good job team 👍👏

I am so happy to see there is finally a Onigiri shop in West Island! The staff was very friendly & kind, I would say one little issue was that their English wasn't very good which is a downside for the West Island but they put the effort to communicate their best regardless. The options are very good & they are freshly made when you order! Will absolutely go back!

I have tried many onigiri shop & this is the best one I've tried yet. The staff is super friendly & takes the time to help you choose the best food on the menu & that best fits your preferences. The salmon onigiri & the miso soup were fresh & really filling. A great spot for anything from a quick snack to a full meal. Honestly, the price-to-quality ratio is amazing. For what you pay, you get a generous filling meal that is genuinely satisfying.

I ordered all cooked onigiri from this restaurant. Not only was my order completely wrong but even in the cooked onigiri (that i received) there were pieces of raw fish. Unacceptable.

Really enjoyed this place! The onigiris are honestly way more filling than I expected, & they're packed with a ton of fresh fish. You actually get a generous amount of filling in every bite, which I really appreciate.

Everything tasted super fresh & the rice was really good too. The portions are great for the price, & you can definitely tell they're not being stingy with the ingredients.

Also loved the presentation! The plates & the way everything was served were so cute & nicely put together. It made the whole experience even better.

Definitely coming back to try more flavors. If you like onigiris, especially ones with lots of fresh fish, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try! 🍙🐟
