Je viens de lire certains mauvais commentaires concernant la livraison avec Uber.

Je reconnais que mon échange avec le personnel était très sympa & avec politesse.

Sauf qu'en tant que livreur Uber, j'aimerais juste mettre un point sur les commandes qui contiennent du liquide, elles peuvent être facilement endommagées.

Malheureusement, je ne vais plus accepter de prendre des commandes avec ce restaurant a? cause du risque élevé d'endommager la commande du client.

Je suggère de mettre des cabarets (portes-goblets), surtout de bon qualité, ainsi l'emballage.

J'ai eu droit a? environ un demi littre de liquide sur mon sac isotherme. & un arrêt des livraisons cette soirée a? cause du dégât causé a? mon sac.

Vue que c'est un commentaire constructif, & il ne s'agit pas vraiment d'une chose négative avec le personnel, je laisse 5 étoiles pour le but d'une amélioration a? l'avenir !

The employee gave me the wrong order, & I received a bad Uber rating because of their mistake. Delivery drivers should not be blamed for staff errors.

I had an order pickup from your store through Uber Eats. I arrived by bicycle, gave the customer's name, & showed that I was the Uber delivery driver. The employee handed me the package, & I left for my next delivery.
Later, your employee called me four times because she realized she had given me the wrong order. I was already riding my bike & was about 5 km away when I noticed the mistake. I did not want to return because the error was not mine.
Unfortunately, I received a 0 rating in Uber because of this situation. Your employee needs to pay more attention & be more careful when preparing & handing out orders instead of being distracted.

J'ai commandé deux thé bleu de pois de papillon sur uber eat & c'est délicieux, il m'ont même laissé une petite note dans le sac! Je recommande :)

They are one of the best bubble tea place in town! We order from them 2-4 times a month through Uber, we love their dragon fruit/citrus bubble tea & sakura sparkling lemonade. Anytime I write notes for delivery, they follow it to the letter. Tonight we had an issue with Uber, the driver took the wrong order & we couldn't talk to anyone at Uber. The shop called me directly, told me I could keep the order & to please verify if Uber could send a new driver for the correct order. No answer from Uber (although I did get a refund from them), & the shop was technically closed at the time. I called the shop back, explained the situation, & they offered to deliver my order themselves (I'm close by). The manager delivered my order himself. It's really great service! I'll definitely keep ordering from them. Thank you again to the shop employees! Your work doesn't go unnoticed ;)

I ordered 2 boba on uber eats & they both leaking a lot outside, there was a hole on top of both, but the drink is good 😊
