One Babo est percu comme un spot populaire de bubble tea avec une grande variete de saveurs, des portions genereuses et un bon rapport qualite-prix, les boissons etant generalement appreciees pour leur gout et leur fraicheur. Le service est souvent rapide et sympathique, mais certains clients signalent un accueil peu chaleureux a l'arrivee et des echanges limites au comptoir. Le niveau de sucre peut etre trop eleve et les options de personnalisation manquent pour certains, tandis que d'autres aiment des boissons peu ou moyennes sucrees et des choix variés comme le brown sugar boba et le the au pamplemousse avec jelly. Des retours mentionnent aussi des contenants peu pratiques a emporter et une attente possible quand le lieu est tres occupe; cependant, l'ambiance et les saveurs convainquent la plupart des clients et l'offre est largement considere comme satisfaisante.
I have been to this many times,
But for the past two times, they messed up my order.
Last time, they forgot to add the bubbles.
This time, they completely messed up the order by giving me a juice rather than milk tea.
When i call, they never answe
The service was friendly but barely present. The counterwaitress asked us once if we needed to order with a smile but never said anything else to us. We were never welcomed as we entered the store or thanked as we left the store. The drinks themselves were wayyy too sweet. I wish they would have a customizing options like most other bubble tea stores. We could barely finish one of the drinks. The cups are super cute & interesting at first. They are so different from the usual slim cups & made us curious but once we got into the car, those cups just became annoying. They wouldn't fit into any of the cup holders & they would also easily fall over so we had to hold them in our hand the whole car ride.
They always mess up uber orders. You pay for extra toppings & they either forget or they jip you by adding the'essence' of what you asked for. Like the pic was supposed to have added salted foam, all the foam you see stuck to the lid is what they gave lol so many better bubble tea shops out there
J'ai bcp aimé mon bubble tea, un vrai délice. Je ne connaissais pas & je ne regrette pas d'y avoir été par curiosité. Très bon service, personnel souriant & efficace.
Had amazing service from Rob this evening, amazing suggestion from his part & the whole team did a really good job making our boba teas, thanks to everyone working tonight 😁

I loved how refreshing their tea was & didn't come too sweet. I got the chance to try their boba thanks to working on a film, & I'm so happy that I've been introduced another great boba spot.
The tea was so refreshing & didn't come too sweet. I'm really happy that we were able to have their bubble tea on our last day of shooting. So glad to be introduced to another great spot for boba because of this shoot.

One Babo was my favorite bubble tea spot in the area up until recently, when I noticed that they now charge an extra $1 when you select NO ice. I prefer bubble tea without ice as I find that it tastes better when less cold. Sadly, I won't be coming here anymore, which sucks cause I had many loyalty points.
