Pire matcha que j'ai jamais eu. Ca goutais la boue. Ils y avais une sorte de geler au fond alors que j'avais demander un simple matcha. Je recommande vraiment pas

Bons, mais il y a une forte pénurie d'ingrédients, les formats larges ne sont plus disponibles non plus, & de fois en fois, les garnitures de bases ne sont jamais les mêmes selon les employés qui sont présents..

Ordered a'Amoureux de fraise' & I've ordered it many times, it did not taste like strawberry this time. On my first few sips I distinguish the taste of dragon fruit, so I went back & asked them if it was the correct order, because the colour wasn't the usual either, they said yes it was the right one. So I left & realized they were no toppings at all (as you may know it comes with 2-3 different ones) if it was missing one, I wouldn't mind😭 but they just gave me a plain slush… so went back & they added tapioca with no apologies. No toppings & adding another fruit in the mixture when it's not in the recipe? Stay away from this branch!! The one in St-Leonard is way better! Better customer service & respect the recipes:)

Ambiance agréable & bonne musique. Cependant, malgré seulement deux personnes devant nous & une commande pourtant très simple & de petite taille, le service a été lent : il nous a fallu attendre plus de 25 minutes pour recevoir notre commande, ce qui est décevant .

Asked for whipped cream as mentioned in the menu ad photos they told me that the whipped cream was at the bottom 🤔 inside the cup 🥤 I was surprised & I insisted about it or at least added it but they just pretended not to understand. I was really disappointed, especially since I was really looking forward to trying it with my partner & I was almost certain I was going to give this shop a great rating 👎
