Review Summary

Omnivore is widely celebrated as a dependable destination for fresh, flavorful Lebanese cuisine that caters well to a variety of dietary preferences including meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. Guests frequently highlight the high quality and generous portions of signature items like the falafel, shish taouk, and various wraps, often paired with creamy hummus and tasty garlic sauce. While the majority of visitors experience friendly, efficient service and appreciate the warm, modern atmosphere, some inconsistencies in food preparation and service speeds during peak times or events have been noted. Although opinions on pricing vary, with some finding it perfectly reasonable for the quality provided and others considering it slightly high, the restaurant remains a popular choice for quick lunches and informal dining in Montreal.

A casual Middle Eastern / Lebanese lunch spot with a modern, slightly polished feel near Concordia. The food is consistently flavorful-fresh hummus, well-balanced salads, & wraps (especially the djaj & vegetarian options) are the highlights. Portions are generally generous, & the menu works well for mixed diets (meat + vegetarian/vegan).

The atmosphere is warm & relaxed, with a tiny but pleasant dine-in space, making it suitable for quick lunches or informal meetings. Service is usually friendly & efficient, though it can slow down during peak times.

A dependable, high-quality casual spot with strong flavors & good variety-slightly pricey for the format, but consistently solid execution.

I pieces the samac wrap & the honey soaked cake. Both were very good. The price was a bit high though & it wasn't as filling for the price. But the flavor was good. Also the place ambiance is very nice! If they lowered the price on their food, I could see this being a regular lunch spot but for now it'll be a one & done.

If you're looking for a taste of authentic Lebanese cuisine Omnivore is the place to go! This spot delivers a perfect balance of bold flavors, fresh ingredients, & generous portions that keep you coming back for more. Let's start with the Beirut Sandwich: it's an absolute masterpiece! The wrap is warm, soft, & perfectly grilled, holding together a delicious mix of spiced meats, fresh veggies, & their signature garlic sauce that's perfectly tangy & creamy. Every bite takes you straight to the bustling streets of Beirut, offering that classic shawarma flavor with an elevated twist. The Omnivore Plate with Beef is just as impressive. The beef is juicy, tender, & marinated to perfection, with the spices bringing out a savory depth that's irresistible. The plate is beautifully arranged with vibrant tabbouleh, smooth hummus, & fluffy rice, all complemented by crispy pita chips & pickled vegetables. It's a feast for both the eyes & the stomach, offering a little bit of everything Lebanese cuisine has to offer. The attention to detail, consistency, & warmth of the staff make dining here an experience rather than just a meal. Whether you're grabbing a quick sandwich or enjoying a full plate, Lebanese Omnivore nails it every time. Highly recommend for foodies, families, or anyone looking to explore the rich flavors of Lebanon!

They accept reservations! I love how friendly the staff is. We went as a group of 7, & the food came after about ten minutes, we did not wait too long. The dishes about 20-22$ were bigger & filling, & everyone who got it gushed about the babaganoush, the shawarma was tender & if you're super hungry, you can finish it! If not, splitting works too. I got the vegetarian wrap: cottage cheese, grilled veggies & pesto. It was one of the best wraps i have ever had, though quite small for 13$... bit quite worth it:) Another friend got a wrap with shawarma, too meaty & not enough veggies but it was as expected from the menu. Calm atmosphere, great lighting, perfect to catch up. Wraps are a little small, but very good!

Oh man this wrap sucked. I looked up "healthy food" around me while staying at the Sonder down the block & I was quite disappointed. The Beirut wrap I ordered was so bland & boring. Described as "beef kafta", it was not flavorful as previous beef kafta's I've had before. Quite bland meat mixed with sumac onions, which were straight up just onions, overpowered the wrap. I really wasn't in the mood for an onion & beef wrap. I got a side of garlic sauce in hopes that it would save it but it may have made it worse. Probably one of the worst middle eastern inspired dishes I've had in my life unfortunately. Stick to the bowls here, they look way better than this.

Great little middle eastern themed cafe in downtown. Good choice of wraps with chicken, bouef or vegetarian. Battatas were good but perhaps too big. Salads were very good too.

Very aesthetic location & store itself. The chocolate butter cup & wrap were amazing! Just like the name suggests, very supportive of veg & non veg diets

Wonderfully prepared food - the chicken was perfectly cooked & well-seasoned, & the various accompaniments (we had both an Omnivore plate & a Bombay wrap) were excellent. Good serving sizes for the respective price points, & a lovely, chill ambiance with a good playlist. Friendly, helpful service. Also, some of the best hummus we've had this side of the Atlantic!
