From the moment we walked in, she welcomed us with the warmest smile & made us feel right at home. Her energy is so genuine & kind - you can tell she truly cares about the people she serves.
Not only is she attentive & professional, but she also adds a personal touch that makes the whole vibe at Omda even more special. Whether it was recommending a flavour or just checking in to see if we were enjoying ourselves, Aline did it all with such grace & charm.
It's rare to come across someone so lovely in customer service - she's truly a gem & one of the reasons I'll keep coming back to Omda. Thank you, Aline, for making our night so great!

Outstanding service from Alin at the Shisha bar! She was incredibly welcoming, professional, & knowledgeable about all the flavors. She ensured our coals were always fresh, our drinks were never empty, & that we were fully taken care of the entire time. Alin truly elevated our experience - she's a real asset to the team. Highly recommend visiting & asking for her!

Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, & quick service truly stood out. She was knowledgeable about the flavors & gave great recommendations. Such a lovely place & a nice atmosphere. Love the people & the food there. If ever you visit this location, ask for the waitress Aline. She is such a wonderful lady with an amazing service & attitude. Price is reasonable & staff very social & respectful.
