From the moment we walked in, she welcomed us with the warmest smile & made us feel right at home. Her energy is so genuine & kind - you can tell she truly cares about the people she serves.
Not only is she attentive & professional, but she also adds a personal touch that makes the whole vibe at Omda even more special. Whether it was recommending a flavour or just checking in to see if we were enjoying ourselves, Aline did it all with such grace & charm.

Outstanding service from Alin at the Shisha bar! She was incredibly welcoming, professional, & knowledgeable about all the flavors. She ensured our coals were always fresh, our drinks were never empty, & that we were fully taken care of the entire time. Alin truly elevated our experience - she's a real asset to the team.
