Fried chicken has always been one of Olivia’s favorite foods. In Korea, you can find the staple dish served practically at every street corner. People enjoy it as a meal or snack.
When Olivia and her family moved to Canada, she put her twist on traditional fried chicken recipes. The result is a light, non-oily Korean-inspired fried chicken that pairs exceptionally well with a variety of house dipping sauces.
No milk, eggs, butter, lard or buttermilk added, it’s also peanut-free!

I had purchased the 4 piece chicken strips with fries. The fries were crispy & tasty. The chicken strips were juicy on the inside but crisp on the outside. I had taken the food home which is a mistake as some of the chicken pieces were affected by moisture in the box due to heat. Have them on the spot to get the full effect. They have a large selection of sauces. The staff are friendly, helpful & the service was fast though I was the only one at the shop at 3pm on a Sunday. The shop also offers 10% discount on Mr. PUFFS fried donuts which is the shop next door.View more

If you are looking for fresh fried chicken, don't look further, this shop makes everything fresh. We chose lanière chicken. It's tender & crispy chicken. If you want the bones ones, please order by phone in advance since it takes longer to fried it. The menu also offers veggie bowls. Good location, Free parking lot, Clean shop & fast friendly staff. What a quality, tasty & crispy & juicy , white chicken 🐔 strips.
Prepared fresh in front of you , if you are tall enough to see above their counter ! Lol .
There is a waiting time of course but perfection takes time & there chicken strips where perfect.
Cole slaw I prefer creamy to traditional, but I surprised it was not to vinegared for my taste .
Onion rings where also crispy & hot .
Service very friendly, well explain on time delays.
Place very clean !

First time I take a chicken 🐔 burger at Olivia's.
The breast Was tender & juicy inside , the outside was crunchy.
The burger bun was soft & & moist, little sweet ,
Overall great fast food with high quality chicken meat .
Side of onions 🌰 rings , served piping hot outside crunchy

Very flavorful chicken with crispy fries, the way it should be, Chicken was fresh moist & enjoyable ( have to take some home to try cold, of course)
Very colorful interior with a friendly appearance.
The one thing I was not expecting was that it was not a big deal as a dark meat guy. My meal of four pieces (bone in) three of them were drum sticks.
Clean bathroom & bilingual hosts, answered all my questions with a smile.
Our group visited on a Saturday afternoon at 14:00 only one other group inside.
Also, people, if you order this food, keep in mind it won't be anywhere close to as good fresh out the fryer.
A must try.
We will definitely be back!
