Terrible service. I ordered an oat latte, but was given a regular milk latte despite being lactose intolerant. Mistakes happen, so I simply asked for it to be remade. Instead of apologizing, the employee seemed annoyed & insisted I hadn't mentioned oat milk.
The replacement was even worse: the cup was barely half full & it was essentially a black coffee, super strong, not a latte & no foam. When I pointed this out, she just shrugged, said'OK,' & did not offer to remake it. I left the drink behind & walked out.
The cuban sandwich was not good either. Also overpriced for what it is.
Very disappointing experience. I definitely won't be returning.
Went for brunch with my girlfriend to the Royalmount location. Although the terrace was nice, my experience was Underwhelming to say the least. I ordered the French toast, which was literally a piece of bread with Labneh, some maple syrup & a couple strawberries drizzled on top for $25. My girlfriend ordered a slice of quiche with a side salad that had a few slices of red onion & very basic dressing for $27. The food was nothing Great & most definitely not worth the price. When I asked for the bill, the waitress showed up with the interact machine, Printed the bill from the machine & stood there & waited until I gave her my card. Never had that kind of experience before. I usually get the bill & then someone passes by a bit later on to take my card. The most unfortunate part is That my girlfriend & I were both Still hungry after brunch. Definitely not worth the money.
I had brunch at Olive & Gourmando. The ambiance & the service were excellent, but I was a bit disappointed with the food. The menu was quite limited, & the portions were smaller than I expected. Also, the online menu didn't match the one that was actually available at the restaurant, which was a little frustrating. I also ordered an extra-hot matcha, but it arrived only lukewarm. Overall, it's a lovely place with great service, but I was expecting a better brunch experience.
The food is too overpriced for what it is. I paid $40 for this avocado toast & an iced latte which is ridiculous. Not worth it at all.
The avocado toast was small, it felt more like a snack than a meal. Considering the portion size, I don't think the price was reasonable.
Food was good though expect to pay 28$ for a small sandwich
Service was inexistant
