I went there after a long time & the new owner & management are so nice it's such a big difference from before Nico the owner is super nice & kept coming to check on me, food was amazing my server Miguel's recommendation was excellent the broth was so flavourful & fragrant & it's not easy to get the broth to be so fragrant na flavourful & the shrimp in the broth had such good flavours Miguel was so nice n patient & answered all my questions happily. I was there by myself & the owner & the staff kept coming to chk on my they were so warm & friendly it felt like hanging out with friends & then in the last came the best part the DESSERT IT WAS THE BEDT I HAVE EATEN.

First time at ole tapas restaurant. A great step up in an authentic Spanish culinary experience. The chef & the staff are amazing. The advised really well. Octopus a definite must have! Champagne sangria also amazing & refreshing. Highly recommend.
Ole Tapas is a hidden gem. It's a small, welcoming space that was buzzing on a Saturday night. You can feel the pride in the kitchen.
Chef Nik came by our table several times & his passion shows in every dish. This is real Spanish food that has not been Americanized.
We feasted on:
- Tabla Carne: Massive portion that easily feeds 3. The meat was tender & the potatoes were to die for.
- Paella de Carne: Authentic & flavorful
- Boquerones & Pan con Tomate: Fresh & traditional
- Ensalada à la Andaluza: Very fresh & good
- Margaritas: Excellent & well balanced
- Dessert: A unique churros type batter with confit fruit & dark chocolate sauce that was to die for
Needless to say we will definitely be returning. 10/10!
We arrived without reservations on a Saturday night & were seated without hesitation. Not only was our charming waiter, Alexis, attentive & well aware of the items on the menu, but the head chef himself came to the table & directed us down a culinary voyage catered towards our taste. He was clearly passionate about his craft & it showed in the quality of his work. The food - phenomenal, the service - impeccable, & the experience, without a doubt, unforgettable. Needless to say, we will be back.

It snowed on March 14th. I drove 50 minutes from Longueuil to this restaurant. The waiters were very polite & patiently explained the dishes to me. I ordered a seafood paella, which was delicious. I'll definitely come back in the summer.
Nous nous sommes régalés ce soir chez Olé! Les portions étaient vraiment très généreuses, la nourriture était absolument délicieuse & le service était excellent! Le choix des vins était varié & le patron fût vraiment très gentil avec nous, en plus de nous offrir des desserts savoureux!
Nous avons été très satisfaits de tous les tapas que nous avons sélectionné! C'est vraiment un restaurant que nous recommandons à tous! Ça sera une soirée réussie assurément pour tous!!
We decided to go to Ole tonight & it did not disappoint. Great food combined with a nice bottle of Rioja.all the staff were super friendly which made it that much more special. We forget this sector of town in the winter but shouldn't. We will definitely be back soon
The food & service as well as the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely come back. The owner came over & spoke to us. He was such a good host.

First of all the service is phenomenal!! Yareli makes the best cocktails!! Nacho & Christy are great chefs!! We've had the pleasure of meeting the celebrity executive chef Nick who is the nicest person you will have the pleasure of meeting! The ambiance & music on Friday's & Saturday's fits the restaurant beautifully!! The paella, octopus & table de Carne is outstanding! Truly recommend! You will not be disappointed!
We had my dad's 85th birthday there & everything was amazing! The food was delicious, service was great & the music was very infectious! Best of all very reasonably priced!
Mon couple & moi avons passé une merveilleuse soirée. La nourriture était exquisite. J'ai beaucoup aimé la salads grecque & la paella aux fruit des de mer. De plus, le personnel était très attentionné & accueillant, & pour fingir, nous avons été gâtés avec un délicieux dessert.
