I have ate a lot of bbq over the years. This is by far the best BBQ in Quebec. 10/10 on the brisket 12/10 for the Mac n cheese & 20/10 for these burnt end pork bites. I have never ate anything so good!

The pulled pork the crispy pork belly the mashed potatoes glazed carrots & coleslaw were incredible. Far superior to anything I have at Robbies. Only downside is that it's take out only but definitely worth it

Forget Robbies, this place is so much better. The beans are delicious, cooked perfectly. The mac & cheese is great, very cheesey & a generous portion is given. The pork belly burnt ends are delicious, fatty, & tender. The pasta salad is very good, it's creamy & not too acidic like a lot of other places.

I highly recommend trying this place.

I've been trying all the BBQ spots I can find around Montreal, Laval, & the South Shore, & this weekend we decided to check out Old Haunt's BBQ.

It's primarily a takeout spot, though it looks like there's outdoor seating in the summer based on the picnic tables.

We wanted a good variety, so we ordered the Brisket Plate & the Ribs Plate, along with beans, mac & cheese, macaroni salad, & chili as sides. We also added a side order of pork belly burnt ends.

Out of all the BBQ places I've tried so far, this was the only one where I genuinely enjoyed everything we ordered. I was also impressed with the portion sizes, it definitely felt like good value for the money.

That said, the only downside was the lack of noticeable smoke flavour in the food, That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Still, I'd absolutely go back in the summer & give it another try.
