I had a matcha ice cream soft serve & an iced matcha latte. The soft serve was excellent & it was lactose free which I was very happy about ! Unfortunately, I couldn't taste the matcha in the matcha latte once I've mixed the oat milk & the matcha itself. I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise, the shop (boutique) had a lot of tea ware & accessories. Beautiful & diversified items. The section with the tables was quiet & welcoming. I still highly recommend this place ! 😉
This place is such a wonderful little gem. We absolutely loved the tea! My partner had tea & I got the Matcha. It was so so delicious! The quality was amazing. The Matcha brownie was so good. Look forward to visiting next time im in Montreal!
Update: I come every time I visit & it's always amazing & great customer service
Lovely tea bar with a relaxed vibe & wide range of tea for sale. We tried the matcha & hojicha floats, they were delicious! Love that there's a vegan option. The soft serve is smooth & not overly sweet. Can't wait to return & try their other offerings!
Matcha latte is so good, i was so happy to find this gem in Montreal. Lots of matcha snack options like chocolate bars, mochi( tried the yuzu & matcha mochi, yummy, not too sweet 😉) , especially lots of tea accessories as shown
A cozy & tranquil teahouse offering a wide selection of Japanese desserts, matcha drinks, tea blends, & tea-making accessories. We tried the iced matcha latte & matcha yuzu-both were decent, though not the best we have had in the city. That said, the relaxing atmosphere & extensive menu make it worth a second visit. We are looking forward to trying the desserts & hot drinks next time. A lovely little discovery, & we also picked up some beautiful tea accessories to bring home.
Went to Oishi Bar a Matcha with my foodie friend & had a very special experience, we tried a variety of drinks & desserts, the grand cru (grand raw) matcha - award winning was good but I find overpriced, it's good but I guess it's too bitter for most people. & we tried the latte, my friend had the Taiwanese cream, & I tried the Sakura latte (with sencha), which were not outstanding, but the cups & saucers were pretty. We didn't enjoy the macarons so much, because they were too dry & hard, flavor-wise it's not wow neither. However, we really enjoyed the volcano cake, gateau fondant- hojicha & matcha, they were so good! The texture of the melting inside of the cake was really amazing, yummm, & the presentation was cute too, with sprinkle of gold. The interior decor is too much, I prefer something simpler, less cups, less teapots, less products, visually I was so overloaded & saturated. Would recommend this place for matcha lovers
Been here couple of times as their matcha latte is extraordinary! Creamy, tasty & in great portion. Their hojicha lava cake need to wait 15 minutes for it but it's worth the wait. Not only matcha, they have another menu with great variety of teas. Definitely a nice place for tea lovers. They also sell a lot of different tea leaves from different area & a lot of tea pots & tea cups in different designs.
