Globalement Oh My Deer Café est perçu comme un endroit très cosy et chaleureux avec un café apprécié et une offre sucrée et salée variée comprenant des pâtisseries maison, des empanadas colombiennes, des pasteles et des glaces et sorbets originaux issus des fruits Amerique du Sud. Ambiance calme et conviviale est idéale pour travailler, étudier ou discuter entre amis, et le service est souvent décrit comme chaleureux et attentif. Beaucoup soulignent des options vegan ou sans lactose et une carte qui se renouvelle selon les saisons, mais quelques critiques mentionnent des boissons parfois un peu fades ou des sieges inconfortables ainsi qu'un service plus lent lorsque la boutique est occupée. Cela est un repere local apprécié pour son caractere authentique et ses saveurs variees.

Wow!!! Last week me & my friend were looking for a cafe at 7 pm in Montreal… we couldn't find anything until we magically stumbled upon this beautiful café. Probably was faith because damn EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD. The owner is so sweet & welcoming & took the time to give us an amazing ice cream tour trip which even with our seatbelts fastened we couldn't have been ready for the amazingness of what hit our mouths. The coffee was delicious as well. All the ice cream is sooo good with options for everyone from vegan to lactose free… my personal favorite was the dulce de leche but all the fruit flavours were so natural & delicious- just perfect. The cafe is so cozy too with great music & a great vibe. This is definitely my favourite spot I've found this month. If you're looking to get your tastebuds amazed, have a great day or just want to meet some new people & have a good time this is the place to go!!! (Also so refreshing to have a coffee shop open after hours)

Ordered a cappuccino & let me tell you it was one of best coffee I ever had! It was soo good I bought the beans as well.
Also tried the empanadas & the gelato. Everything was wonderful, just like the lady serving it. Perfect start to Sunday morning!
Hey amazing Sorbet that they do at the cafe with really interesting fruit, Claudia is so kind & cheerful. There are empanadas & other pastries with tasty coffee. I enjoyed the experience !
This is my favourite coffee shop in Montreal! The staff is incredibly friendly, & the cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to study or relax. Their pastries are delicious-I highly recommend trying the Nutella cookie!
This is hands down my favourite cafe in Montreal (& I have visited a LOT of cafes). Super friendly staff, delicious pastries, amazing coffee & the most warm & welcoming atmosphere. If you want somewhere to relax after a day in the Plateau or downtown with a warm cup of coffee, this is the place to be. Can't recommend it enough!!

I was a frequent customer when the cafe reopened in their new & bigger location, & I got a loyalty card where after 6 coffees, the 7th one is free. When I went to grab my free coffee this week, I asked for a latte but then the barista told me that the free coffee can only be an Americano… I'm not a fan of Americano & I find it rather underwhelming to know that you can't even choose the coffee you'd like. I ended up getting it & getting a latte as well, since that the drink I wanted. Is this how one treat a customer who have been here since the re-opening ? On the card, it's only mentioned you can get a free 12oz coffee, there's no mention it has to be an Americano, it feels like the barista either didn't know about the loyalty card or just wanted to cheap us out…
I find it unfortunate because when they reopened I was very enthusiastic to have an independant cafe in the neighbourhood, & I always found their staff to be friendly (Juan & José). This is a good neighbourhood cafe nonetheless but I don't see them wanting to build an active relationship with their customers living in Plateau.
Lovely place with Colombian empanadas & pastries, which were so good, as well as coffee. Exclusive flavours of ice-cream - incredibly delicious. Friendly & really nice service.
When around Plateau Mont Royal come by "Oh My Deer Café", have a good coffee, empanadas, smoothies, & much more. Excellent atmosphere, service, food, drinks, & ice cream. Really recommend this place. Enjoy!!!

Food & coffee are fairly good. Unfortunately, the café's atmosphere isn't particularly great with staff watching TikTok/Instagram videos on speaker on their phone to the point where it drowned out the café's background music. If you're looking to grab a take away coffee or snack, then this is still a great place. There's better places nearby to have a conversation or read a book though.
Oh My Deer Café is a delightful little spot in Montreal, perfect for a cozy coffee or a quick bite. The atmosphere is inviting & the staff is friendly & helpful. The coffee is really good, & the pastries are delicious. Whether you're looking for a quiet place to work or a spot to relax with friends, Oh My Deer Café is a great choice ☕!

Such a beautiful & aesthetic local cafe. It's a great ambience to sit & just enjoy a great coffee shop atmosphere. The deer theme is such a classic. & the drinks are great quality I especially love the mocha the mocha flavour is top tier. Employees are really welcoming too!
