Excellent pork & chives dumplings. Enjoyed the pig ears as well. The green onion pancake was a disappointment, it tasted like the ones from frozen packs in supermarket. The dumpling noodle soup came with only 6-dumplings. Very busy restaurant.
la nourriture est vraiment bonne mais est arrivée à peine chaude. l'accueil de ce qui semblait être la patronne est une catastrophe, pas souriante, pas aimable. quand à l'hygiène ça laisse vraiment à désirer. on a préféré payé l'eau en bouteille plastique tellement la couleur des carafes en verre était douteuse. les toilettes n'en parlons pas...

Food is really good & the staff was great. Yes the waiting time on Saturdat is busy but they were doing their to accommodate everyone. Loved it & recommenf it!
My recent dining experience at the restaurant was nothing short of a letdown. The service was not just bad; it was practically nonexistent, leaving us feeling neglected throughout the meal. The cutlery on our table bore visible traces of dirt, a glaring oversight in terms of cleanliness. Even the water served had an oddly off-putting taste, further diminishing our hopes for a satisfying experience. What added insult to injury was the unwarranted pressure to tip, despite the glaring deficiencies in service. Despite this litany of disappointments, the one redeeming factor was the surprisingly good quality of the food. The flavors & preparation managed to salvage some enjoyment from an otherwise disheartening visit. It's regrettable that such culinary potential was overshadowed by the restaurant's significant shortcomings in service & cleanliness.
We found this place in China town & tried dumplings. We had to wait a bit since we wanted them to be fried. However, they tasted really good😊. The atmosphere was simple,a bit "sterile", quiet crowded. Place seems to be popular, because a line of waiting guests was collecting every time we ate there.

The dumplings weren't too bad! Well seasoned for sure. There was so many people with just 3 servers so there was a bit of wait but otherwise they were really nice!
Nous sommes arrivés à 18:45 en même temps qu'un autre couple. Notre commande a été prise près de 15 min après eux. Ils ont eu le temps de commander, manger & partir avant Que nous recevons notre soupe à19:35. Une fois la soupe reçue, le délai était acceptable. Je leur donne la nourriture était très bonne, mais l'attente a vraiment fait diminuer le service. Entre temps, ils sortaient les commandent externe. Je comprends que les entreprises doivent s'accommoder avec la livraison/take out, mais ça ne devrait pas être en dépend des clients en salle. Surtout que les serveuses semblaient tout simplement pas nous voir avec toute l'achalandage. Un autre couple s'est installé a côté de nous & ils ont eu leur repas en même temps que nous pour eux moins de 10 min d'attente.
La cuisine est excellente ! Je vous conseille fortement les Dumplings seuls & ne les faites pas « fried » c'est juste une cuisson à la poêle qui diminue le plaisir de les manger. Le service est à revoir, les serveuses ne sont pas agréables.

I've treated myself to the delicious dumplings at this restaurant for a couple of weeks now. The food is great & the restaurant is clean . Staff are friendly & services fast . Now that tourist season is over the parking in the area is not too problematic .
The food was not great & the service wasn’t anything exceptional so we only tipped 10%. I am giving a 1 star cause the waitress called my friend “Cheap” as we walked out while giving us a dirty look.
My friend & I ordered a couple different types of dumplings, & oh were they good! The standard pork & cabbage, & then the fish & coriander were our choices. The dumplings we perfectly steamed producing a delicate texture similar to perfectly al dente pasta. Not overly thick out tough. Both fillings were cooked all the way through & weren't overly dense it hard, plus they didn't separate from the wrapper when eaten, making the enjoyment of the dumpling as a whole much easier & enjoyable. The flavor of both of our choices was the topper as they were delicious! Both e flavor of the pork & fish subbed through complimented perfectly by the seasoning & their additional components. The number of dumplings or order was quite substantial, I'm guessing 12 to 15 which was the icing on the cake. This place want overly packed, but was busy with a side assortment of people. We ordered it's to go & ate them outside at some tables nearby.
