Je suis déçue de mon expérience d'hier matin à la succursale de Châteauguay. Nous avons visité ce restaurant à plusieurs reprises au cours des derniers mois & nous avons toujours été extrêmement satisfaits mais pas hier. Je prends toujours le même repas très satisfaisant habituellement mais hier j'ai remarqué que bien que le goût est toujours très bon, les portions avaient diminuées au moins du quart. Sans compter que nous avons eu un seul café, aucune offre de'refill' & le restaurant n'était nullement bondé. Je vais espacer mes visites, je ne suis pas certaine de même y retourner.

Depuis l'ouverture je vais manger! Je n'avais jamais été déçu jusqu'à hier. Portion diminue & aucun refile de café. Pourtant il n'y avait pas achalandage.

Le service était vraiment ordinaire.
On a attendu +de 30min pour avoir de l'eau & quand ça arrive, ils nous donnent 1 verre d'eau pourtant on est deux. Même chose pour le paiement, super lent.
Au niveau de la nourriture, les portions étaient bonnes, mais les gaufres étaient super sèches.

Good food with good selection. Only negative is that if you want rye bread it's a dollar extra. Breakfasts are getting more expensive everywhere. Still, good value here.
