The reason I put 3 stars for the atmosphere is because the room was TOO COLD. Other than that, Fe was super professional. I had the surprise starter; it was a mix of warm pie with bloc of cold ham & a balsamic salad. it was too salty on my end.. for the main dish, i ordered the slow cooked roast beef. the beef was perfect, a mix of tender & crispy edge. potato & mushrooms were juicy & flavourful. the vegetables were too soft. The mocktail punch the bunch was bland. It was a cool experience but i wouldn't go back.
Super expérience! C'est vrai ce qu'on dit, on ne voit absolument rien! Mais on prend nos repères assez vite :) La nourriture était bonne & au menu, il y a des assiettes surprises qui poussent l'expérience gultative à un autre niveau.

Une belle expérience à virtuelle Montréal. La noirceur totale nous permet de mettre le focus sur le goût & l'écoute. Là musique était un petit fort à mon avis . Notre serveur Mathieu était extraordinaire; un service irréprochable. Les plats offerts sont variés & délicieux. On a pris les repas surprise & on était bien surpris. Par contre dans notre expérience , les desserts pourraient être meilleurs ( crème brulée & panacota de fruits rouges). Je recommande fortement essayer ce resto. C'est qui pourrait être mieux, c'est le niveau de confort des chaises, c'est inconfortable après une heure assise .
Everyone must try this restaurant at least once in their lifetime. It brought us all kinds of emotions (excited, anxious, surprised, sleepy..), made us communicate through all other senses, & the food was delicious. They made sure to respect our dietary preferences. We recommend taking at least one item as a surprise. Thank you to Sofia for her service.
Very nice experience, I left this restaurant with admiration for blind people, even more for the waiters that offered an awesome service in the complete darkness !! We decided to get the surprise for all courses & do not regret at all, not knowing what you are eating, & trying to figure it out is the best part if you ask me ! I would strongly recommend !
Truly pitch black, such a unique experience! We ordered all surprises & when I didn't like my entree they even willingly swapped it for a new one which was unexpected & lovely. Excellent service!
The quality of the appetizers (both surprise land & sea) were good, but the Surprise Land dish (Lamp, potatoes) left something to be desired. It felt too "obvious" compared to the Surprise Sea Dish (Seabass, Seaweed, Rice, etc). The surprise Sea dish left me truly surprised by texture & flavor, whereas we knew what the Land dish was almost immediately. Could have been more surprising/challenging for the senses.
The service was fantastic & Sophia was fun & helpful. The concept is also great.

They experience was amazing. We ordered 4 surprise course . All excellent. The waiter was exceptional.
Pitch black the entire time, we had to guess our food with scent, touch & taste. A must try!
Wow!! J'ai pris les repas surprise & wow! on était tellement impressionné de se qu'on avait mangé! de deviné à 2, c'était malade! On a eu le serveur mathieu & il était tellement gentil, tellement explicatif aussi! clairement quelque chose à essayer & clairement quelque chose que je referai!!
Expérience extraordinaire! C'est comme entré dans un univers jusqu'ici, inconnu. 5 étoiles partout! Seul petit hic: j'ai choisi le plat surprise végétarien & c'était du riz, légumes &...saucisse végé commerciale que j'ai très bien reconnue. Je pense qu'un tofu sauté, Tempeh ou légumineuses auraient été mieux car pour moi, offrir de la nourriture ultra transformée n'a pas sa place dans ce restaurant. Sinon, c'était super! Nous reviendrons! Mention spéciale à Fé, qui est un serveur hors pair! Bravo!

This really is a unique experience. Taking the term "blind tasting" to a whole new level. We were very impressed by everything, start to finish. We did not decide to go with surprise meals. Everything we ordered was delicious. We were both excited for our desserts, but when they arrived, it was the "surprise" option & not the dishes we had selected. We didn't mention it because we felt it would be rude. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Notre serveur Mathieu était vraiment super ! Excellent service, il était clair dans la description de la table & nous demandait régulièrement si ça allait sans trop non plus!
La nourriture était bonne, on a pris les surprises mer & terre. C'est vraiment déroutant au départ mais une fois que tu a tes repères ça va bien !
Had the most amazing restaurant experience tonight. Sophia is an absolute gem! Truly a sensory overload, but in the most beautiful way. I would recommend this establishment to absolutely everyone who is open minded enough to attempt. I was brought here as a surprise, but what a magnificent wonder this was.

Toutefois si on devait donner quelques voies d'amélioration :
- le plat surprise était très salé
- apres coup on a pensé que les plats à la carte a vient l'air super élaboré, vous pourriez conseiller aux client de choisir le plat de leur partenaire comme ça on garde le côté deviner le plat, mais en ayant des plats plus attirant que les surprise 😃😃
A unique experience. Pre-dinner martinis were perfectly prepared. My "surprise" dinner (salmon tartare & pork/couscous) was flavourful; my daughter's scallops & sea bass was also excellent. Our waiter, Fe, navigated the entire experience flawlessly (which you would expect since he's worked there for 17 years)!! The only (small) negative was the very loud table of people (6-8 or so?) who overlapped with half of our dinner seating as they made normal conversation difficult.
Wow, what an experience! We did the 3 courses & did mostly surprise me.. food was very good considering we couldn't see it. The cocktails were great. Would definitely recommend!
