Food is acceptable but nothing fancy. Not the issue tho. We were dining as a small group & one person tipped generously, another person tipped for 10 CAD. At the second tip, the waitress put us on blast in front of all other customers because she didn't think the tip was enough. Im sorry lady but the service was bad & I don't have to tip you more than that. Your wage is your employer's issue & we're going through an inflation.
The food was amazing. Service was impeccable. Everyone there was polite & most speak French & English. We had the duck confite poutine. Was phenomenal.

Super sélection de bières sans alcool, bon service, mais pire tartare de boeuf que j'ai mangé dans ma vie... La qualité du boeuf était toutefois au rendez-vous, mais aucun goût, aucun assaisonnement.

I've been here three times. The first two times I only had drinks, which were delicious. However, the last time I was there, I got a poutine, & I had the horrible misfortune of having a bone in my poutine. The bone stabbed my throat & ruined my appetite & mood for the evening, as I was in pain. I'll be coming back since this place is so beautiful with wonderful staff I just won't be getting a poutine... In the picture the brown string is the bone. It's was very sharp. I was lucky it got stuck in a way I was able to pull out before swallowing.

Local pub in the center of Montreal. Open until late (around midnight?). Convivial mood. Friendly staff. Comfy place for relaxing after a long hard working day.
Billy is a prick ! But Andrea was an angel, he cooked a little something just for us & it was awesome. I couldn't tell if it was the Mario look to his beard. But his profession is 100% cooking & not plumbing. He is also very humble, said he would try his best & this was the best dish we ever had.
Très bel endroit pour un 5@7 sans chichi, l'ambiance est bonne, les drinks sont bien faits & il y a plusieurs choix de bières. Carte des vins juste assez diversifiée. Personnel fort sympathique, surtout Marie qui est derrière le bar. J'ai été un peu déçue de la salade de canard confit (canard sec & grelots pas assez cuites) mais le reste des ingrédients était vraiment frais & la vinaigrette délicieuse alors on va mettre ça sur le compte qu'il se faisait tard pour un soir de semaine🤭. J'y retournerais sans hésiter!
