Everything felt a bit more elevated than your typical burger place - great atmosphere, really attentive service, & the burger was cooked perfectly. Super juicy & amazing quality. How can they advertise in their menu the Impossible vegetarian burger yet serve you a completely different patty that is tasteless without mentioning anything!!!
after having the impossible burger at a different location & it was really impossible to differentiate between a real & a vegan burger i decided to bring back 9 of my friends in the pointe claire location where we all decided to order the impossible burger based on my opinion.
when this new patty arrived & everyone couldn't even take a second bite!!! they made doubt that what i had at the different location was a real burger & the restaurant had made a mistake serving it to me.
& that's why i didn't say anything that evening thinking i was wrong.
i called the restaurant next day & spoke to the manager who tells me they did change the patty!!!!!!!! nothing mentioned by the waiter, Impossible burger is still on the menu.
wrong advertising & complete disrespect to the clients!!!
The prices are on the expensive side, especially for their sides & drinks. The burgers though are amazing. The different varieties are all unique & really tasty. I always look for deals at this place & order if they have them. Have eaten here too, they have a nice terrace.
Uber wins! We waited & hour for our order while the Uber bags were flying out the kitchen. When our food finally arrived it was cold. Would not go back & not recommend as it was not pleasant on many levels.
Service was extremely slow.it seems Uber eats orders get priority. Our food was cold but mine was good. Would not return or recommend. This was Friday March 27.

Chicken fingers for kids is anorexic in size compared to the keg or Baton Rouge. Had to order another app size for my niece. Also when ordering delivery, the tater tot size has been reduced by about 30-40%. Caprese salad still great.
One of the best caprese salads I've ever had, both at the restaurant & delivery. Their tots are seasoned really well & is always a must try.
We went out for supper to celebrate a birthday. Although it was St. Patrick day the place was not too busy & we were sitted right away. The server did seem a bit overwhelmed, maybe he was new. Food was delicious as always, no complaints. However, we felt super rushed throughout the whole time we were there. We actually had to ask the server not to remove our plates because we were still waiting for some starters. We literally finished the last bite & were presented with the bill. No questions about tea/coffee/dessert.... Then the waiter hovered while we were looking at the bill (the place is a bit dark & we did not have our glasses on 🤣) again making us feel like we overstayed. There were empty tables around us, no people waiting to be sitted & it was well before closing time. We eat there at least 2-3 times a year. First time this happened & it did leave a bit of a bitter taste. Maybe a refresher to the staff about the service ?

I received a burger order from this restaurant on Uber Eats last night. Halfway or so through, I noticed the texture was off. I then looked into it & realized my burger was rare-verging on raw. Absolutely Unnaceptable! Red meat is supposed to be cooked all the way through in Quebec. I don't care that it's delivery, a standard is a standard. You should never be sending out uncooked food to your customers, bar-none. I'm very upset about this & believe customers should check their meat twice when dining here. If management has anything to own up to, I'd happily listen.
Edit: 1 month later, still no comment from management & that should tell you everything you need to know.
Food was bland. Too expensive for what it is. Portion small. No taste. Never again.

Extrêmement déçu du service.
Nous sommes arrivés dans les alentours de 20h20-20h30, donc une heure & demi avant la fermeture & une des premières choses qu'on nous dit c'est «il va falloir vous dépêcher parce que normalement la cuisine ferme à 21h30, mais aujourd'hui on va partir plus tôt». Très mauvaise façon de recevoir des clients. Nous n'étions même pas tous arrives que déjà ils voulaient que l'on parte. La raison étant que le restaurant n'était pas très occupé. À savoir que nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes donc quand meme pas rien.
Le serveur n'avait pas une très bonne attitude sans non plus être désagréable. Juste très peu expressif & n'avait pas vraiment l'air de vouloir nous servir. Il ne nous a pas aidé lorsque nous certains d'entre nous ont mal compris le menu. Il nous a un peu regardé comme si on était des imbéciles de ne pas connaître son menu comme lui il le connaît. Bref pas très bonne attitude.
Ensuite quand est venu le moment de payer le serveur s'est mit 18% de pourboire à lui même avant même de nous donner la machine interact. J'ai pas besoin de vous dire que, premièrement c'est complètement illégal, mais surtout à quel point tu dois être effronté pour te permettre de faire ça. Déjà que la norme c'est 15% & si le client se sens généreux ou s'il juge de par lui même qu'il a reçu un bon service il peux augmenter le pourcentage ou même y mettre un montant fix généreux.
C'est vraiment honteux comment nous avons été traité & servit se soir. Notre groupe entier travaille aussi en restauration & jamais au grand jamais nous nous permettons ce genre de comportement avec des clients. Moi même étant le patron je considère ça inacceptable. L'équipe de gestion a un travail à fait la dessus parce que vraiment un gros Zéro pour le service.
Edit: charger 2$ extra pour de la mayo épicée faut vraiment être des rats. Je dit pas si la personne a pris un plat sans frites, mais au minimum avec une portion de frites ou patates ça doit être inclue.
I just got back from an absolutely magical evening at their Pointe Claire location. I used to go to the original NDG location several times a month. Now that I've moved to the West Island I'm so happy that there's a location here too. We received such courteous & prompt service from the amazing Carly, & the food was absolutely stellar! If you're reading this review & haven't been...... do yourself a favor & try this restaurant. It's outstanding! ♥?🙏
We were warmly received & seated at our table. Our waitress Grace was excellent but support staff were good but not as sharp. Decor is fun but found the volume a bit loud but as it is a younger crowd, it was expected. The star was the hamburger. It was delicious & you could taste how fresh the ground beef was. Juicy & tasty. Fries were home made style but were ok. Small pieces & not crispy & a bit soggy so definitely lose a star for that. Besides that highly recommended. First time experience & would definitely come back
Really good burgers. Whenever I crave a burger in the West Island, I know where to come!
Ordered 2 burgers through Uber Eats, & like other reviews, one of the burger is very undercooked. The restaurant offered no satisfactory resolution orher than me driving over there to get a new one, & Uber Eats has to do an investigation so I can get a refund. Do they really think I have time for this.
Great burger place, one of if not the best burger in the West Island, apart from that the rest of the food isn't outstanding but does the job, service is consistent & overall the restaurant has a cool vibe to it.
The worst restaurant in the west island & they have the worst customer service
